the end of an incredible era 🖤 @studiothree - thank you for 6 years of beautiful memories and a chapter that I will forever cherish.

Teaching at S3 was the launchpad that allowed me to blossom into the instructor I am today, and I will be forever deeply grateful for the opportunities it granted me. From being a hungry, eager and green instructor in 2020, to now - I stepped into the studio hundreds of times and left every time feeling a little lighter in my heart than when I arrived.

This chapter gave me coworkers turned dear friends, let my passion for fitness only grow deeper and helped forge a quiet confidence in myself and my ability to lead.

To my community, thank you for the privilege of your presence and for trusting me to guide you through movement - it has truly been an honor. From giggling through fun and silly theme classes and commiserating through especially challenging workouts, to celebrating life’s big moments, and the mundane ones too - how lucky am I to have shared these moments with you all.

I know it’s cheesy and a bit cliché but…. it really isn’t a goodbye, simply a see you later. xx
