Searching for a meaningful, intentional book club????

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Between the Lines | A Namasport Reflective Book Club on Tuesday, February 2/17!

As we continue our journey, we’re excited to announce that our next book will be Enchantment by Katherine May –– an invitation to slow down and rediscover the sense of wonder that often gets lost in the routine of our days.

This is a free, virtual offering in partnership with Building Hope, an initiative rooted in expanding access to meaningful mental health experiences.

“Hi, I’m Kat. 🌿I’m a mama in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, a yoga teacher, a singer and I lead ecstatic dance for my community. I’ve been meditating for a while, but I still need a teacher like anyone else.

I look to Kelly as a guide because she keeps it mega real. Her wisdom runs deep, and it shows in how she delivers her message: not from ego, but from genuine service and love. She’s honest about how hard it can be to sit down and meditate first thing in the morning, but having her voice there feels like having a coach who truly gets it.

The Infinity Call is not some stale, pre-recorded track like on other apps (and I’ve tried those). It’s live recorded every day.

The daily meditations help me set a baseline for my nervous system for the rest of the day. If I wake up distressed or frantic, that becomes my baseline and that’s no bueno for anyone around me, including myself. But when I start my day with meditation, I remember that calm place inside me and can recalibrate my nervous system in real time.

I love knowing there are people all over the world meditating with me. I’m so grateful for the community Kelly’s built and the energy she pours into keeping it all so alive and fresh. You can feel it on the call. Join us.

PS. If you’re in Colorado, I lead yoga at beautiful spaces like @coppermountain and @namasport and I’m the creator of @ecstaticdancecolorado, a space for community, movement, and freedom. I’m also a singer and co-founder of @mystiquemedicinals, our apothecary devoted to spiritual wellness and heart medicine. Say hi!” @katarinamedicina

THE INFINITY CALL is one of the most trusted meditation services in the world, with subscribers in nearly every country, celebrity endorsements and Google-verified reviews. Five new live guided meditations every week, recorded fresh, never recycled. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds. Link in bio.

What makes you unique? Did you know that male and female peachicks look identical when they hatch and male peacocks dont get their famous tail feathers until they’re three years old? Students learned to paint their own peacock feathers in our Mindful Painting Workshop earlier this month, at the CPS Youth Mental Health Leadership Summit. The theme this year was “you’re special”, and our workshop provided students with an opportunity to express themselves in a new way.
