Holistic Wellbeing Hub of the Year 2026.

We now have a thriving men’s mental health football team to add to the list, with what we offer growing steadily over time.

Why do we do that? Because humans all have different needs and wants, attending one session in something that feels accessible is usually a gateway to much more……

Health, fitness, mental health & recovery. Everyone is welcome with us.

The first half of 2026 has been a beautiful experience for MBBA facilitators and those who come to our classes & sessions.

The last training hike before Mont Blanc 🥳🥳
This should have happened yesterday but Claire & I had our life lifing, fatigue was high but we got it done today instead 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We realised that the hiking community loves to lie once again 😂 4 miles means eight and so on….its a common theme.

Only stairmaster & steps now until we taper off in 2 weeks time. Then we will be sharing lots from Switzerland, Italy & France and the fund raising will re start for the @mindbodybalanceacademy giveback programme.

Poor @hamish.kuperus has his hands full with us but we wouldn’t have anyone else guiding us!

Thanks so much to all who donated to start us off, we are more than half way now with direct donations as well! And we are funding the trip ourselves- no wastage! 💚💚💚

✍️Another article about our work at MBBA in recovery services ✍️

We have a long standing relationship with our local VIA service, starting back in 2022 when MBBA was just one boxing class for recovery supported by @officialsportengland @new_era_boxing & @active_cheshire- fast forward 4 years with more passion than ever for the work and our own space- we are now an official capital card partner, giving more people access to our services.

We are starting a new Padel initiative @thepadelhangar and a new wellness session at MBBA under the scheme in April.

At the heart of what we do is recovery- it’s why we started, we have grown and now offer services to everyone who wishes to attend for physical or mental health, fitness and general wellbeing.

Wellness for everyone.

GP & life coach Matthew Jones joined the menopause support group at MBBA today and the feedback has been wonderful.

Very often women will go to see a GP at the height of struggle, 5 or 10 minutes simply isn’t enough to go through the complexities, often leading to repeated visits or women white knuckling alone for years, what happened at MBBA today changed that.

1 whole hour of questions answered:
Why systems are the way they are
Why HRT is prescribed
The role of progesterone
Blood tests
Honest accounts & experiences and so much more …….

Women came away with a renewed understanding.

Over the coming weeks we will provide strength training and diet advice, alcohol reduction, sleep hygiene , meditation and mindfulness, yoga, free chat time, and our GP has agreed to come back for any new attendees.

To book on email carrie@mbbhub.co.uk

These sessions are delivered by MBBA on behalf of the Northwich bid for women who work in the town.

As always MBBA are delighted to be providing wellness education for businesses & their staff.

We are so glad we went early to the peaks for a training walk- visibility was great 😂

What are your donations going towards?
Thank you for your donations so far!

Snowdon & Yorkshire three peaks coming up soon, stair master, steps, weights, runs we are doing the training 👏🏻👏🏻

You can also help by sharing our work if you can’t donate so that more people find us. We are growing all the time, partnerships are coming in ( we just partnered with VIA officially!) and the lives being changed are why we do it.

🏔️So here it is! 🏔️The reason we have been on the stairmaster so much! The MBBA triple boarder challenge.
On July 3rd we will fly out to Switzerland to push ourselves physically and mentally ( just like you do when you work with us) to raise funds for our life changing give back programme, which includes discounted counselling & coaching, meditation, Padel, Boxing, football, yoga and more for mental health, physical health & substance use recovery.
If you love MBBA as much as we do, if you've benefitted from being a part of our community then donate, share or anything you want to do is appreciated.
We will be sharing the link to donate on our training videos over the coming months and what each donation amount can give someone attending MBBA!

lets gooooooooo!
