Months of work for minutes on stage
On Sept 12th I competed in my first bodybuilding competition and took home first place in both of my categories
🥇Classic debut
🥇Classic open
Just want to thank everyone who supported me through the process and a special thanks to my coach for being really hard on me and putting me on the right path. A lot was sacrificed during the process but in the end was worth it. First comp down, more to follow.

2013 to 2026 (not 2016) The @nanbf_gateway_naturals was the 20first show I ever did and my most recent show completed. First show...No tan, no knowledge really. Posing was horrid and cringe worthy. Lost a lot of weight on my own and thought I could do a show. I was 13 out of 13. 😆 🤣 no regrets though. I definitely... #yougonlearntoday its been a journey. I love it here. 💚💪🏽

IMPORTANT SHOW UPDATE

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s show and move it to next year.

With the arrival of our baby approaching and some unexpected circumstances, I need to put my family first and be fully present during this important moment.

This was not an easy decision. A tremendous amount of time, planning, energy, and passion has gone into this event, and I’m incredibly grateful to every athlete, coach, sponsor, vendor, volunteer, supporter, and member of the bodybuilding community who has supported us.

This is not the end of the show.

We will be back next year, stronger, more prepared, and ready to create the experience our athletes and supporters deserve. Once the new date is confirmed, I’ll share all the details.

To everyone who registered, supported, promoted, sponsored, or believed in this event—thank you. Your support means more than you know.

For now, my focus is on my family and welcoming our baby into the world.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.

We’ll see you next year. 💪🏾🏆
