August recap ☀️❤️

A busy month across work, training and life, but one that also gave me the chance to reconnect with friends and spend time with some great people.

329km run, sleds pushed, laps swum and plenty of wall balls thrown. A strong month of building towards my first marathon, with one eye always on the next HYROX season beginning soon.

Excited to see where the upcoming season takes me, both with my own goals and with new connections and relationships built along the way… bring on September 💪🏽

The New HYROX Conditioning Test - Live on the @hyrox365official Performance Hub.

The crew tested their limit with @hyroxca Toronto coming up. The HCT gave us a great estimate of our finish time and what we need to focus on before race day.
