From wanting to take his bodybuilding seriously vs 2 years on entering his first show taking the junior class win and overall bodybuilding win 🏆

As a coach you have a lot of enquiries like this. “I would love to compete 1 day”. Lewis was different from the get go. Why ?
Literally followed every plan I set. Zero distractions just fell in love with bodybuilding. Pure passion goes through his veins and it’s evident in his work ethic

Big up Lewis, he hit the full send button and it bloody pays off what you can do in a short period of time 👊🏻
Big plans ahead for Lewis 🔥

(Enough crying and enough of being a soppy twat, back to screaming at each other on the pendulum)

Same weight. Year apart. This is bodybuilding.

Two different phases but Lewis’s commitment, work ethic and attitude paying off now in prep.

Fucking gnarly !
The importance of having a productive offseason will pay off in prep.

Was going to post myself this evening but Lewis check in shots coming to 5 weeks out look fucking mega

This big fuck is coming in with a gnarly look. From day 1 Lewis fucking sent it and I knew after our first recomp this lad had the work ethic. Come prep time and he’s just nailing it.
Not many have a first prep like Lewis. Not many 21 year olds have the amount of muscle. But his work ethic leading up to this has allowed him to eat more and move less to get SHREDDED.

10 and some change for junior freak @nankivell10

He’s far from the little junior who signed up with me 106 weeks ago - beyond proud of him. He hit the full send button from the get go

High days going in, this is a very very exciting prep ahead
