#DiningONVeal | Napoli Ristorante 🍽️

A Niagara Falls staple since 1962, @napoliniagarafalls is known for authentic Italian flavours and warm hospitality.

Featuring exceptionally tender Ontario veal, highlights include the Tagliatelle Bolognese, with slow-cooked veal ragù bringing rich, savoury depth to every bite. The menu also features favourites like Gnocchi Osso Buco and Cotoletta di Vitello.

Looking for a great place to eat in Niagara Falls🇮🇹🍕

I highly recommend Napoli Ristorante. From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a cozy restaurant in Italy💚

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.

If you’re planning to visit, I recommend making an online reservation in advance, especially during busy times, so you can avoid waiting for a table

If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, be sure to add this place to your list❤️

As a Niagara resident who has traveled around the region for years, it was hard to narrow down five places to share! Definitely going to need to take a crack at this to share more!

✨ Napoli Restaurant • Niagara Falls ✨

The night before the big D-day, I slipped into the cozy warmth of Napoli in Niagara Falls — a perfect pause before stepping onto the stage at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel for the Ontario Brain Injury Association’s Annual National Conference.

I treated myself to a delicious meal that felt like exactly what my nervous system needed: grounding, nourishing, and made with the kind of intention you can taste. 🍝✨

There’s something powerful about the rituals we choose before we rise.
For me, it was this:
A quiet corner.
A hearty plate.
A moment to breathe… and honour how far this journey has carried me.

To stand before a national audience and share the tools, strategies, and lived wisdom from my own dance with brain injury is a privilege I never take lightly. And nourishing myself, with a dose of homemade local goodness, the night before felt like a full-circle reminder: healing happens in the small choices just as much as the big ones.

Here’s to incredible food, grounding moments, and showing up — whole, honest, and ready.
