Get @reshare_app • @nasimehbe Intimacy. ♥️

It is the reality of getting close, whether platonically, romantically, or any other way -
That we will be seen.

And as beautiful as this is (we all want to be known!),
It is vulnerable, too.

To share our hearts with another - to say,
‘This is me!
What do you think?’

Ideally, we pick people who can truly meet us.
Who love us for precisely who we are: with all our beauties, curiosities, and tender insecurities.

And who we can love right back. ♥️

What helps your heart feel at home?

Literally 🙋‍♀️

@namesecrets

Sun and the moon in the same picture is really evoking the whole “two opposing things can coexist” idea that we repeatedly return to in session :)

We try, we try. 🩷

Love an ebb and flow metaphor 🫶🏼

@alixklingenberg

A moment to sigh💙

Try a “physiological sigh”—take two deep, consecutive inhales through the nose followed by one long, slow (even slower than you think!) exhale through the mouth. I like to make mine as dramatic, loud, and physical as possible.

This breathing pattern awakens the parasympathetic nervous system. This sigh is known to quickly lower your stress levels and increase calm.
