Loved creating this set with @natalie.fava. We kept it simple — dark backdrop, dramatic light, and a relaxed look that lets her physique and personality do the talking.

So David’s protein bars may actually be undercover Kalteen bars so to officially settle the debate we ran an independent trial with a sample size of one (me). One bar daily for 5 days. Fully tracked into my macros using the barcode. Weight at the end of the study remained unchanged… and since consistency is my middle name so there were zero confounding variables. Conclusion: macros checked out. You’re welcome 🤓

In other news.. We are sooo excited about @auroranutrascience supplements 🧬 I’ve been taking the Vit D+K2, NAD+ and Glutathione daily and I’m seeing huge improvements in my energy through the day.. going to do a full month and will keep you posted…👀

Soooo much fun @torontowellnessandfitnessexpo all the best vendors and hundreds of fitness enthusiasts all under one roof. We can’t wait for next years’ event 🚀

Most days the work is often a solitary pursuit, but every so often, good company makes the grind better. It’s the right people that make the journey all the more richer.

Arms pumped, legs burning, minds screaming but it’s the laughter between sets that keep us going 😆
