💧 Nutrition Tip of the Week: Hydrate with Intention

Healthy habits like staying hydrated don’t need to be complicated.

✅ Aim for about ½ your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water each day as a starting point.
✅ Start your morning with a glass of water.
✅ Track your daily intake.
✅ Add fruit or a sugar-free flavor if it helps you drink more.
✅ Use electrolytes when you’re sweating heavily, working outside, or training in the Florida heat.

Small habits lead to big results. Better hydration can improve your energy, workouts, recovery, focus, and overall health.

📲 Want more information on building healthy habits that stick? Send me a message, and I’ll show you how! 💙

Last weekend we found out what it means to be Tough as a Mother. 💚

With Andrea leading the way, we tackled the workout with medicine balls as our “baby bumps” to get just a small glimpse of the grit, strength, and determination that moms bring every single day. Let’s just say… it was a lot harder than it looked. 😅

There were laughs, sweaty high-fives, and plenty of moments that reminded us why this community is so special. We show up for the workouts, but we stay because of the people beside us.

A huge congratulations to Andrea and Robert as they prepare to welcome their newest little teammate. Thank you for letting us celebrate with you in true CrossFit Eng fashion.
