POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last time Michelle @michellenovenda was the guest. This time she's holding the mic.

She sat down with Sophia @imsuyaya and Casey @seyoahn : two women who left home, took the unconventional road, and somehow both ended up calling Taiwan home.

"We thought we'd have it figured out by 30." Nobody does.

A story about unlearning what home taught you, and chasing the dream anyway.

Check out the full video on our Substack at the link in our bio.

I had the chance to talk and demo at the Claude Code for Artists meetup @nataliefenglin organized in Taipei, together with three brilliant artists/designers - @psc__sam @maybeimrong @cheyuwu345 - sharing honest reflections about AI in our practice.

I showed projects that demonstrated a mix of ways to use these tools: using an LLM to help scrape my photos for a project about memory, color, and translation, and with setup, debugging, and some brainstorming for a project that uses weather data to generate clouds.

I use these tools to bridge my own skill gaps, helping me get straight to the parts I enjoy. At the same time, they reintroduce questions around authorship and specifically how to overcome the reduction ⬇️ in friction that comes with an increase ⬆️ in speed. I still believe that friction is where creative ideas are pressure tested and evolve, and with ways to do things at the click of a few buttons now, how do we add that back into our process?

We met such a wide range of creative practitioners after, and had inspiring conversations around creative process, professional anxieties, and—most interesting to myself—can you vibecode what can’t be articulated into words?

Thanks to @nataliefenglin for organizing, @koshicafetaipei and staff for hosting, @tum.tw for photographing, and Sam 柏軒, Rong 芷瑢, and Che Yu 哲宇 for sharing the stage and HDMI cable with me.

(Unfortunately Nat’s phone ran out of memory for recording but if you’d like to learn more, we have links to each presenters’s deck!)

透過 .claude/settings.json 的配置，你可以把 AI 的行為鎖進「制度」裡：

▶️那麼CLAUDE.md 該寫多長？

───────────────────

🤖 4. 新產品思維：不只 Make People Want，而是 Make Agent Want

Takeaway

Meet Michelle @michellenovenda who works in cybersecurity, and part of her job involves using social engineering to hack into corporate systems.

We sat down with her to talk about how scammers collect information about you, what drew her from computer science into cybersecurity, and how to feel more confident as a non-technical person in technical spaces. The specifics are about corporate security, but the underlying ideas apply everywhere, including crypto.

Watch the full interview in the link in bio on our Substack.

Been a minute! We put together a quick recap of what we were up to last year.

Although the market isn't great right now, we're still here slowly and steadily building. Let's hope 2026 only goes up from here 🚀🚀

Edit: last slide we accidentally missed @wifi_9319 thank you to you so much too ❤️❤️
