Happy International Women’s Day to the amazing women pictured here—and so many who aren’t. You inspire me, challenge me, and lift me up to keep pushing for more. Most of all, I’m grateful my daughters get to grow up surrounded by women like you.

POV: a “one-woman business” that’s actually powered by a whole village. 💛 This carousel is just a fraction of the people who’ve helped shape Morning Meeting — because no community gets built alone. It’s built in stroller chats, last-minute favors, introductions, shares, pep talks, borrowed toys, and the quiet “I’ve got you” energy parents give each other. That’s the point of the community: movement + parenthood + not doing it alone. Thank you to these people — and to everyone else who’s shown up, chipped in, cheered, shared, and helped build this community into what it is. 💛

A Valentine’s for the books! So lucky to have so many friends as true loves. Charlotte calling out “balloons!!!! Balloons!” As soon as she wakes up makes the effort worth it.

They say actions speak louder than words — and we couldn’t agree more 💥 Modeling daily movement for our kids from the very beginning is one of the greatest gifts we can give them. Not lectures. Not pressure. Just letting them see it. At Morning Meeting, your babies and kids — no matter their age — are always welcome. They watch us lunge, laugh, sweat, sip coffee, build community… and they grow up believing that movement is simply part of life. That’s the magic. ✨ #MorningMeeting #PostpartumFitness #NYCMoms #BabiesWelcome
