Full circle. ❤️

Revisiting the exact spot @natemoster grew up going to as a kid, and now getting to share those same summer memories with the kids. Some places never lose their magic. 🌲☀️🚣‍♂️

10 years since the Pulse massacre. Our 5th run honoring the 49 angels.

This year hit differently. Our son asked, “Do I have to do this?”

I said, “No — it’s just important to us.”

He showed up. He ran.

Proud is an understatement. ❤️

Adelaide (Addy) Olive Knippen joined the Knoster family today. Welcome to the family zoo, Addy, even if Daddy is allergic to you 😆❤️

7 school years in the books as a forever family. Had no idea they would be where they are, but we are so fortunate to be on this journey with them.

From the court to the conductor’s podium! 🏐➡️🎻

She only took the baton for 30 seconds, but this violin dad’s heart is still recovering. She’s sticking to sports, but she sure knows how to command a room!

Huge thanks to @orlandophilorch for the memories. 🙌

Another great YPO spouse event in the books! 🪴

Tonight’s Health to Harvest culinary experience at 4Roots brought together partners who truly inspire. Sharing stories, food, and purpose. 🫶
Grateful for this community and the chance to keep building connections that nourish both body and soul. ✨

Current status: assembling the new Halloween animatronic from Home Depot.
Me: “Step 1 – Carefully attach the base.”
Nate: “Step 1 – Teach it to dance.” 💃💀

“Back in Cincy doing what we did best at Xavier — a full-speed tour of carbs, chili, and nostalgia. 😂 Buskin for breakfast, Graeter’s for dessert, Skyline in between. The people still make it special… and nothing says ‘you’re getting old’ like realizing the wedding you’re at is for the son of one of your college friends — even though you’re still convinced you’re not that old.”
