Over the past month a lot of major milestones have been celebrated so let’s journey through them! Feeling very blessed, I love my mates!

My nearest and dearest came to celebrate my birthday! Don’t you just love when different friendship groups gel so well together?

God really is good all the time! Did I mention that I love my mates?!!

My very close friends got married and became one under God. This was major. I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude

This video means a lot to me. The streets came alive for my girl!

The most beautiful bride. This car ride was a lot. It felt like I was walking with her into her next chapter. We really had to pull ourselves together and not ruin our makeup 😭

This was after spending some 1-1 time with Jesus. I was so overwhelmed but all I needed to do was eat, sit under a tree, listen to some Madison Ryann Ward and breathe. God really regulated my nervous system. 10/10, Elijah and I would recommend x

5000 youth and leaders gathered for 5 days to know who Jesus is and deepen their faith. For some this was their first time being introduced to Him. Witnessing their yeses to Him was incredibly moving. God bless the youth and long shall they live!

A common thread I've picked up on is that many communities are built on past mistakes, struggles, and challenging experiences.

It's someone taking the initiative to create a space and support network that they wished they had earlier.

@speakerzspace is an example of this, where Nathan has created the first Gen Z public speaking community.

Along with his co-founders, Nathan recognised the lack of long-term support for public speaking that is accessible to young people.

I was curious to learn why he started and how Speakerz Space is an extension of himself.

Why are people scared of posting on LinkedIn? 💡

The Spotlight Effect is the feeling that everyone is watching you, and reiterates a fear of judgement and our vision being limited to the polarising filters of ego, fear, and expectations to name a few.

It is a mental roadblock that stops a lot of people from bringing their ideas to life, and is something that we have to overcome.

Nathan highlighted in one of his videos the power of expanding your beliefs to the situation you find yourself in.

I interpreted this as having a feeling of belonging and confidence in oneself.

💎 "Prioritise building relationships over just connections."

We met at a networking event and did a podcast episode together.

It's actually quite a common story.

But if I didn't keep up with Nathan, we probably wouldn't have created something like this, so I thought:

🗣 'What should the narrative around networking be?'

After years of experience going to events, we reflected on the cliché:

"Your network is your net worth." 👀

At first, it is a strong incentive, but how far can that mindset take you?

The caveat is that if you don’t know your network, is it worth anything?
