Ever been in yoga class, looked at the next pose, and thought, “Okay… my body isn’t doing that today”?

Maybe part of the pose feels aligned, but another part doesn’t. What do you do then?

That’s what we’ll explore in Movement, Breath & Meditation: Adapting & Deepening Your Yoga Practice. We’ll show you how to break down familiar poses, understand their structure and how to explore variations that move your practice forward with a version you can work with. So when something feels confusing in class, you’ll have more ideas than simply sitting it out we’re doing child’s pose.

We’ll take the same practical approach to breathing and meditation, with ways to make both feel more approachable in the studio and at home.

Join Lauren, Jeremy, and Shannon for an afternoon of movement, questions, and exploration!

📅 Sunday, October 18 | 1–4 PM
📍 Native Yoga Center, Juno Beach
🎟️ $50

Explore the traditions, philosophy, and mythology behind Aṣṭāṅga Yoga through the teachings of Guruji Dr. B.N.S. Iyengar.

Now in his hundredth year and still teaching every day, Guruji carries a depth of knowledge passed down through an earlier generation of Mysore’s great yoga teachers and Sanskrit scholars.

Released on September 23, 2026, in honor of Guruji’s centenary, Yogi-Varenyah brings together his life, essential teachings, and personal tributes from students around the world.

The book offers insights into Aṣṭāṅga Yoga rarely encountered outside Mysore’s traditional scholarly community. It is a valuable addition to any serious yoga library.

Available worldwide for $40, including shipping.

We believe lasting change happens when safety is learned.

We believe lasting change occurs when the body finally feels safe enough to let go of what it’s been holding… and take action to integrate and approach life differently.

Through intentional support — informational calls, coaching, and guided breathwork experiences — the work offers opportunity to shift from survival mode into aligned action.

This isn’t about temporary relief. This is about becoming you - fully alive, fully expressed, and fully in control of how you show up in your life.
