Thought I would introduce myself with my Drum and Bass producer alias. Some of you may not know but I am an eclectic A.D.D producer that has touched on over 40 genres but one of the genres I love working with most and have written over 100 songs in is Drum and Bass. Get to know me and some of my influences a little. #drumandbassmusic #dnb #dnbfamily #musicproducers #ableton

Much of my first album was written in public at cafes and bars like @revelstratford and @gillyspubhouse and @bentleysbarinn on my portable studio because it was stimulating and inspiring to have people buzzing around me while I created.

All I want to know is when is @we.r.exea and @cydneewithac going to collab. Ya’ll make the same sub genre R&B’nB Drum and Bass and it would be awesome if you had an across the ocean collab. Your fans would get each others music so quickly and I hope you become friends and get to write together. Love both ya’lls music. As a big fan of Neo Soul and DnB, I hope this happens. We need this sound to bubble up more. Need those sweet chords and grooves and soft melodies. Keep it up.

Overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who came out to support our Male Mental Health Awareness kickoff! 🙏

This month is all about movement, getting outside, and breaking down the walls around men’s mental health. The pressure to always be ‘alpha’ is real, and it’s okay to acknowledge that it’s hard sometimes.

The turnout from late May into June has been absolutely incredible - you all truly made a difference. Seeing this community come together to support each other while having genuine fun gives me so much hope.

Already counting down to next year! Let’s keep this momentum going. 💪🍀✨

Thank you to @brantwoodfarms for letting us host the event in there back barn.

🌱 MALE MENTAL FITNESS MEETS THE SOIL🌱

Tomorrow 10 AM - 2 PM | Join us at the farm for something powerful disguised as simple yard work!

Here’s the secret: When you’re moving soil, planting, and shaping landscapes, your brain is getting a natural therapy session. The repetitive motions reduce cortisol (stress hormone), the dirt contact boosts serotonin (happiness chemical), and the physical movement releases endorphins. You think you’re just gardening - but you’re actually rewiring your mind for better mental fitness! 💪🧠

**What to expect:**
• Hands-on horticultural activities
• Live music
• Art sessions and activities
• Clothing donation swap
• Good company & great conversations
• don’t mind getting dirty!?

CASH ONLY
(but come regardless - mental health has no price tag)

All proceeds support our friendship house @friendshiphouseofbrant 🤝

Men’s mental health matters. Sometimes the best therapy happens when you don’t even realize you’re doing it. Come get your hands dirty and your mind clear!

Who’s ready to dig into some natural healing? 🌿

I’ll be playing a one hour set of all original electronic tunes from 8-9pm Friday January 17th at LightsOn Stratford final silent disco party of the year at Market Square behind City Hall. Come check out these cool light sculptures and dance away with the community. Hope to see you all out.

@natsaturnraps and I have had the privilege of writing three songs with @anaisbelmusic featured on the chorus. All the sessions were fun, spontaneous, in the moment and filled with soul. It was great collaborating with her. We love the hooks she created. Have you heard any of these three songs yet?

I’ll be playing an all originals dj set on this patio tomorrow from 3-6pm @perthcountyinn where I’ll be playing tunes from my hip hop, neo soul, blues, drum and bass, and world music collections. Definitely will play a few tunes from my collab with @natsaturnraps amongst many others. Come have some after work cocktails and go on a musical journey with me.
