There is something so special about watching a vision slowly come to life. 🏡🩷

This little bakery has so much history, so many memories, and so much heart poured into every square foot. Getting to make these changes is exciting, emotional, and honestly a little overwhelming.

And then there are businesses like @brightoncorporation @homes.brighton , and @greyloch_llc who remind me just how extraordinary our community really is.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the generosity Brighton has shown our tiny local bread shop. I’ve always believed that quality matters, that the details matter, and that the things we build should be made to last. It’s something we’ve poured our hearts into at Hudson Baking Co., and something I deeply admire about Brighton.

The quality of their products is beautiful, but what has impressed me even more is the quality of the people behind them. Their generosity, genuine kindness, and willingness to support a little local business like ours speak volumes about the kind of company they are.

And a special thank you to Eli, whose patience, knowledge, and exceptional customer service have made this entire experience so wonderful. She has made me feel like our little project matters just as much as any big one. 💕

These aren’t just cabinets, counters, and finishes to me. They’re part of a dream that was built with so much love. A dream I’m doing everything I can to keep growing.

Brighton, thank you for believing in our little shop and supporting us in such a BIG way. Your generosity means more than you could possibly know.

I cannot wait to open our doors and share this next chapter with all of you. Because this little place has always been about so much more than bread. 🩷

I walked through the empty building after a full night of employees and friends helping prepare it for the changes coming.

It brought me back to the first time I walked through the door of this little farmhouse. It felt like home. I knew I was right where I needed to be, and I knew how much work it would take.

I spent months stripping trim, patching, painting, cleaning. Dreaming of all that these little walls could become.

Today, I stood in that same space, tired but still dreaming of all the things it will become.

Only this time, so many people are helping me carry it. Because this place means so damn much to so many of you.

And that means everything to me. 🩷

Kuna, you are the most incredible community. 🩷

Adam and the team at Sherwin Williams wanted to help with our little bread shop, and they have generously offered to donate ALL of the paint for our new interior. 😭

I walked in and received the most incredible customer service, and left with lots of fun samples and so much excitement for what’s coming. Getting to imagine this little space with fresh paint feels pretty special.

This remodel is happening because people in our community keep showing up and asking how they can help. Every offer, every donation, every person giving their time means so much to us. I’m constantly reminded how many people care about this tiny shop.

Adam and Sherwin Williams, thank you for being part of this next chapter. We are so grateful to call Kuna home and to keep serving a community that has given us so much. 🩷

16-year-old me would have been freaking out. 🥹🎶

I saw Third Eye Blind at a fair when I was 16… and all these years later, I got to see them again at the Western Idaho Fair on Wednesday night! 🤍

And you know what? They were just as good as I remembered. 🎸✨ There’s something so special about hearing the songs you grew up with live again—and realizing you still know every single word. 😂

I got to experience it all with my friend Anna from @hudsonbakingco , and we were lucky enough to receive VIP tickets, which gave us access to the VIP tent and the chance to get up close to the stage! 🙌🏼

Such a fun night, and definitely one of those “wow, life really comes full circle” moments. ❤️

What band takes you straight back to your teenage years? 👇🏼

A day late, because our little shop was packed this Father’s Day! Aaron, you’re hard working, caring and devoted to your family and your community. You work every holiday to make sure your community has fresh bread for their families. But even with this, you never miss a game, a play, or any of the kids’ events. You treat our wonderful community the same way you treat our family by always showing up for them. We are so grateful for how dedicated you are in everything you do. Happy Father’s Day to the best baker dad! 💕

Huge thanks to @girlscouts and @gsssc for inviting us back to the Top Cookie Event! The event was beautifully organized, and we were impressed by the dedication and hard work of the Girl Scouts who worked tirelessly to make it a success. We learned so much about the Girl Scout Cookie Program and how it helps young girls develop essential skills such as goal-setting, decision-making, and money management.

We also appreciated the opportunity to meet some of the amazing young women who have achieved remarkable success through the Cookie Program. Their stories were inspiring and a testament to the impact that your organization has on the lives of young girls.

We were so excited to see so many of our customers come out and support us!! You guys are ahhhhmazing! And shoutout to @kissboise for always being such huge supporters of local businesses!

After 10+ years gluten-free, to be able to enjoy double fermented sourdough bread, Non-GMO, organic, locally grown and milled, watered with deep aquifer spring water that even celiac people can eat, playing around with it is a real treat. Flax egg with oat milk and spices, dry fried in a hot pan, just the right crispy edges, soft and springy bread....WOW!

We support artisans growing local businesses from the ground up. Voting against big food with our dollars.
