50 never felt so right. 💕

I didn’t want a fancy party.

I wanted movement.
I wanted laughter.
I wanted meaningful conversations.
I wanted to celebrate with the people who’ve been part of this season of my life.

So that’s exactly what we did.

It wasn’t just about turning 50, it was a reminder that the most beautiful life is one we intentionally create.

Take care of your body.
Invest in your friendships.
Celebrate the milestones.
Show up for what matters, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Because the years will pass anyway…

How you choose to live them is entirely up to you.

Here’s to moving Fifty Forward. 🥂✨

Grand Canyon 🏜️
Trail: South Kaibab
Camp: Bright Angel Campground

Hiked the South Kaibab Trail down and back up. About 14 miles with around 4,800 ft of elevation.

Camped at Bright Angel Campground and started hiking out at 3:30 AM to beat the heat… headlamps on, stars out, and that kind of quiet you only get at the bottom of the canyon.

The way down is unreal—open ridges and views the whole time. The hike back up though… totally different story. Steep, exposed, and you really have to earn it.

Every day I’m a little more free
A little more sure
A little more me
And I know, I know, I know…
That I am where I’m meant to be
