CHHS Alumni Spotlight: Lauren Hall🐎

Meet Lauren Hall, the owner and occupational therapist at Stable Foundations Therapy. Lauren earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from CHHS, in 2014 and 2018 respectively. Today, she balances running her own practice and treating patients with managing a ranch and raising a family. Her advice to current students is this: Fieldwork is the time to learn and make mistakes. Don't be afraid to try something totally left field as a student when you have mentor advice to guide you as opposed to just winging it once you are on your own.

It was an honor to host members of the Arizona Board of Regents at the Phoenix Bioscience Core yesterday.

Regents Halyard, Peru, Mata, Garcia, and Vo were treated to an interactive tour led by two NAU Occupational Therapy students. Throughout their visit, the Regents interacted with students, participated in labs, and listened in on lectures.

By the end of the visit, they became honorary members of the College of Health and Human Services!
