Got totally inspired by @sketches.of.shay and @nauseousdog s' video about their knightsonas! I thought the Platycerium Knight and his armor was so cool and the name Staghorn Fern, I had to make an Elk! 🌱 My knightsona will be posted on here soon, so watch out for that hehe! 🦄 🌙⭐Go check out the video on Shay's YouTube channel if you haven't already!

platycerium inspired knight version 1!! still not content with his design but it’s a great place to start 🌱🌿💕

you can learn more about him and about platycerium with @nauseousdog in my recent video! it was super fun bringing steven’s idea to life and get feedback during the design process 💖

can’t believe it’s almost been a year since I painted this lil guy, the first art I’ve made of Strawberry Saul, title: Strawberry Saul and The Cyan Skies 2022, 24” x 36” acrylic on canvas 🍓💖(+ a poem the amazing @nauseousdog wrote for the piece 🥹💖💕)

I never would have thought it would lead to the art I’m making now, and how much you guys would be interested in my silly cowboy dudes. this piece means a lot to me, and it’s so cool working on a follow up piece and continuing the journey! (And hopefully a matching Bill one in the future too)

I’m also working on making prints for my next shop update probably sometime in August! hopefully of this guy and the current one I’m working on💖 thank you all so much for the support!

#wip a work in progress pastel painting I’m really excited about!! I wasn’t too sure about the colors when I was working on it the night prior, but when I looked at it in the morning, I was like “bruh how the heck did I do that??!” lol
and thank you to all the great feedback and responses towards this piece on my story! I feel like I’m finally tapping into the art I really want to make. I’ve already scribbled down some more ideas and I can’t wait to explore them! now I just have to find the time 😂

Digital Pastels in Procreate
2023

This was a quick 3 hour pastel portrait study from life I did in early January. I unintentionally took a break from traditional painting the beginning of this year, but with #figuary23
around the corner I'm super excited to jump back in with physical mediums like pastel and acrylic! Also, I feel like my illustrative skills are slacking a bit due to my lack of study and life drawing, so I'm hoping to bounce back and build a habit to improve my foundational skills.
