✨ @fashionthrufilm TONIGHT! ✨

We time travel into the dystopian world of Ridley Scott’s cult classic BLADE RUNNER: THE FINAL CUT, starring Harrison Ford and Sean Young. Swoon!

Our dress up theme is TIMELESS 🖤

For tonight’s look, I’m rocking a pre-loved tailored kimono suit jacket I found at a 2nd hand market in Japan, with these beautiful two-tone resin buttons (gifted to me by my gorgeous friend Alexandra @alexandramiftahruss some 20 years ago.)
My sexy fez by the talented @yasminablack 🎶

A little reminder that great design, treasured friendships and beautiful things really are timeless! ✨

🎬 Only TWO screenings left this year!
Tonight and our final screening on Monday 30th November. (Film announced tonight!)

Thank you so much to those who have supported @fashionthrufilm this year.
We’ve raised over $600 for the Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre
@womens.girls.emergency.centre
and I’d love to donate a target of $1,000 by the end of 2026.

TONIGHT | 7 PM Nauti studios

Proudly sponsored by the Blue Mountains Film Society. Tickets still available @nautistudios

Hope to see you there! 🖤
📸Thanks Morgan @hugostone_ for my impromptu shoot

Movie nights in Sydney just got a little more interesting. 🌹🎬

That’s a wrap on The Mystery Popcorn’s Dark Spring Screening of Pulp Fiction — one unforgettable night of 90s mood, moody lights, red florals, good drinks, great popcorn, and a cult classic on the big screen.

📍 Nauti Studios, Forest Lodge, Sydney

This one was the perfect date night / movie night combo — dim lighting, good company, great film, and a vibe made for getting close. 🌹

Stay tuned for The Mystery Popcorn’s upcoming event 👀

Remember 2019¿ when android humanoids were the looming threat to civilisation?
When the future looked terrifying because robotic freaks might blend in among us and destroy life as we knew it?
Oh wait… that sounds like the AI takeover controversy of 2026.
Halloween edition of @fashionthrufilm, we’re flashing back to Ridley Scott’s visionary 1982 cyberpunk cult classic, BLADE RUNNER.

😡PASS PAUSE PLAY #21: THAT’S MAD 😡
Anger, frustration, and rage are so often held at an arm’s length. Like a good pair of tongs, songs can be powerful tools for us to hold them for little longer and feel them up close. This month’s show will explore how songwriters pick up the hotter coals, and what they do with them. PASS PAUSE PLAY #21 will feature: Magickal Ms. G and Roxy Jean.

MAGICKAL MS. G
G. B. Krishnan (aka. Magickal Ms. G) is a writer, musician and shape shifter of Sri Lankan Tamil descent, born and based on unceded Gadigal Land in Eora (Sydney, Australia). As a performer, Magickal Ms. G does not break into song. She hacks into whole genres- her vocals reminding us that jazz is not quite done disrupting the politics of respectability.

ROXY JEAN
Roxy Jean is a Sydney-based folk singer-songwriter who pulls from indie, blues and country traditions. Her intimate writing and voice blend into a raw, soft landing for introspection and reflection on emotional experiences that otherwise stay close to the writer’s chest.

@fashionthrufilm returns 28th of September with Bill Cunningham New York.

Directed by Richard Press, the documentary follows Bill Cunningham’s distinctive approach to observing fashion.
Taking to the streets on his beloved bicycle, through NYC and documenting the people who inhabit the city.

September’s theme is: “Daily Armor”, everyday dressing as both protection and communication, a way of negotiating identity, status, occupation, belonging and visibility in public life.
Cunningham’s photographs form a timeless record of how dress operates beyond the runway, from the practical language of uniform to highly individual expressions of style.
Presented by the Sydney and Blue Mountains Film Society,
Sponsored by @NautiStudios

Fancy a little Pulp Fiction? 🌹

We’re taking over @nautistudios for a dark spring escape inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s cult classic.

A little crime. A little romance. A few bad decisions — and a very different way to watch it.

🎫 Tickets are live now (link in bio).

I’ve been making nice theatre for too long. Time to make mean theatre.

After many months of wondering what the hell I’ve signed myself up for the day has finally come and She is ready to meet (meat?) the world.

Come join me for the world’s worst (ok, second or third worst) HR meeting, in a tale of corporate jargon, meat advertising, and every thought you’ve ever had about that man in your life who pisses you off just a little too often.
