Wishing a very, very happy birthday to our fearless leader, @nay_mizzerables 🫶🏼

The most dedicated, genuine, FUN, lively gal - Nadine, we are so incredibly lucky to have you in our corner. You are intentional, outspoken, courageous, and strong AF - physically AND mentally. For over 7 (!!) years now, you’ve been the heartbeat of this community and you have grown this small biz into a place where people come to feel safe and accepted and cared for, all while having a laugh and keeping us on our toe-toes.

Since the beginning of Viv, you’ve been a part of every decision and each step that has led us to be what we are today… Viv has become so much more than a business because of your energy and commitment and thoughtfulness, a lot of which goes unseen. You literally do it allllll for the studio, while also being the best mom to the tricksters and to 20+ employees who rely on you for so much. We are a family because of you🥲

You work SO hard and we’ve never seen you be bad at anything (insane) but on top of that you inspire those around you to believe in themselves and their ability to do hard things. You make people feel comfortable being uncomfortable - and are genuinely able to make everything fun along the way, no matter how hard the journey is.

Thank you for giving us all space to show up as our true selves, in our most wild forms, and in typical Nadine-behavior, always matching that feral energy 110%. Our love for you knows no bounds and we hope you feel that deep in your soul every day, but especially today.

i’ve made the tough but feels right decision to retire from coaching 🤍

i am so beyond grateful to have spent 7 years teaching at viv - and an amazing 9 years coaching spin. through the endless laughters, unbelievable rpms, the hardships, the costumes, the tiktok’s and so much more - i do not have words for all the amazing memories i’ve had with you all. i am so proud of the person i am today only because of who i became by being at viv for all these years.

let’s laugh harder, spin faster, scream louder because i have a handful of classes left!!! my last class will be july 31st 6am :)))

love u so much. i’m certain i will have more to say ab the impact so many of you have had on me!!! heres a time capsule that does not even close to capture all the fun n laughs that were had in 7 years.

If there’s one thing you should know about the Viv community, it’s this: We will passionately scream songs with conviction whether we’re singing the correct lyrics or not ((@smmmmoph )) 🎤🎶🫂 And that’s beautiful.

It’s really hard to put into words what @_heatherrankin means to this place. She’s been here since the very beginning, walking in as a rider, becoming the face of our front desk, running the show as a manager, and eventually stepping onto the podium where she grew into one of our senior coaches and a true leader in this community. She didn’t just grow with Viv though, she built it, like actuallyyyyy built it. So much of what this space feels like, the energy when you walk in, the standard we hold, the way people feel seen and taken care of, that’s Heather. Seven years of showing up, giving everything she has, and caring so deeply about this place and every single person in it ❤️

Now she’s moving out of Colorado with her fiancé to start a new chapter, and while we’re so genuinelyyyy excited for her, this one really hurts 🥺 We are so proud of her, and we’re going to miss her in a way that’s hard to explain.

Her last ride is Thursday 4/30 at 4:30pm. Come celebrate her, ride with her, and give her the sendoff she deserves. We will never be the same — but we’ll continue to rage in her honor 🤘💕😭

Women’s History Month feels different here 💞

Because this studio was founded and built by women.

Built on friendship.
Built on creativity and connection.
