We’re taking it to the rooftop next Wednesday at 6:30 pm with Katrina for a little flow + a little literary matchmaking.

30 minutes of vinyasa followed by a 30-minute book swap. Bring one book you’ve loved and are ready to pass along, bring a whole stack, or come empty-handed if you don’t have one to swap. No sweat. Everyone will leave with a new-to-you read 📖

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re hosting two special rides at Viv!

SEPTEMBER 21 AT 6:30pm | HHM RIDE FOR CASA DE PAZ

Join us for a donation-optional ride benefiting @casadepazco , a Denver-based nonprofit providing immediate, compassionate care to individuals and families impacted by ICE detention. Purchasing a donation credit directly supports their work providing safe housing, transportation, meals, and advocacy for people navigating detention and release. Donations are completely optional, but we encourage you to give what you can. This class is open for booking now!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATRINA 🤍🫶

The calmest, warmest energy with just the right amount of Bravo girlie mixed in 💕 Katrina is one of those people who makes a room feel a little lighter just by being in it, and we feel very lucky that Viv gets to be one of those rooms 🥹

She brings so much intention, creativity and genuine care to this community, and somehow makes it all feel completely effortless. The kind of person you want to take a yoga class from, grab a coffee with after, laugh with until you feel physically unwell, and then accidentally spend the rest of the day with 🫂
