300 classes in 365 days!!!!

This same day last year, I was celebrating 100 classes @vivcycle + having the ride of my life 🤩

Today I’m honored to celebrate 400 with the sweetest pilates crew, yaking about t-swift during glute bridges & trying not to cry while squatting b/c they were showering me with all the love 🥹💐

Also I can’t celebrate 400 without giving the BIGGEST shoutout to my dear Instagramless Kate for making it extra special as my coach + guide 🫡✨

Kate was the first real friend I made at Viv + she’s truly the kind of friend everyone deserves to have 🥹🥹🥹 She supported & encouraged me BIG TIME to become a breathwork coach here 🫶✨ She’s always cheering people on + supporting their dreams (esp. if that dream is getting your butt kicked in pilates 😂) b/c that’s just how big her heart is.

So basically you should sign up to take her class like, NOW!! 🏃‍♀️💨✨

Kate embodies the magic that’s contagious at Viv 🫶 This last 365 has been one of the best b/c of this place. I’m blessed to call this studio my second home, to move my body with joy AND to share my passion for breathwork & reiki with this community.

thanks so much y’all, who’s ready for 500?! 😆🤘🚴‍♀️✨

Needed this reminder as much as anyone.

I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately, and today’s run reminded me that you don’t have to feel motivated to begin.

I asked, “When you’re not feeling motivated, what helps you?” These were some of my favorite responses 🫣🥰

Maybe one of them is exactly what you needed to hear today 🤍
