WELLNESS IS RESISTANCE. PRACTICE In PURPOSE Two days. Two beautiful gatherings. One shared mission: Wellness is Resistance 🇪🇬 SATURDAY | Yoga for Palestine at Drexel University. A heartfelt thank you to @drexelmsa for inviting us to guide a powerful wellness experience rooted in sisterhood, healing, and collective purpose. Through our somatic breathwork, and meaningful conversations about taking up space and practicing our purpose, we reminded one another that wellness is resistance. When we create space to breathe, heal, reconnect, and reclaim our power, we strengthen our capacity to show up for ourselves, our communities, and those facing injustice. Together, we raised $1,049.50! SUNDAY | Ponies & Pilates for Palestine @awadsfarm! Rain or shine, Free Palestine! Women came out in the rain, connected with the ponies and horses, shared laughter and joy, and worked up a serious sweat inside the barn with the incredible @pilatesbyiqra, our favorite Pilates teacher! Together, we raised $1,075! WEEKEND TOTAL: $2,124.50 FOR PALESTINE! Every dollar raised will be hand-delivered to displaced Palestinian families in Egypt during the first week of November, supporting families with essential needs and reminding them they have not been forgotten. To everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, shared, or simply showed up with an open heart: THANK YOU and Rain or Shine —- Free Palestine!!

The Welcome Dinner — Going through hundreds of photos and videos just to narrow it down to a few that tell the story of a night you’ll never forget is kind of… insane. The BEST food I had the whole trip was at this welcome dinner and that says ENOUGH! 🤍To the people who turned moments into memories—thank you. I couldn’t have asked for better company, and I’ll always cherish this night. More pictures/videos coming soon!

Georgette’s Bridal Shower 2026 💕✨🥂 One of the highlights of 2025 for me was meeting this beautiful, intelligent, powerhouse of a woman , Georgette. I wish you nothing but peace, health, happiness, unconditional love and support in your marriage. I can only imagine the spark going through ur husband Alex’s heart knowing how lucky he is that he gets to marry YOU. Thank you for showing me it doesn’t matter how long you know someone, when the love feels so real and genuine. Being your friend has felt so natural, like human nature.
