Sis, give yourself some grace. 🤎✨

You don’t have to have it all figured out to be proud of yourself. Healing isn’t linear, growth isn’t always pretty, and progress doesn’t always look like perfection.

Celebrate the woman you are today while giving yourself permission to become the woman you’re growing into.

You’ve come further than you think. Don’t forget to honor that. 🥂

With love,
Your SheTribe Sisters ✨

This weekend reminded us exactly why we created Sweat + Soothe. 💚💪🏾 A heartfelt THANK YOU to every person who showed up, moved their body, prioritized their mental/physical wellness, and poured into our community during both of our June Sweat + Soothe events!

This month was especially meaningful as we celebrated Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month with our Men’s Edition, while continuing our commitment to creating intentional spaces for women through our monthly Women’s Wellness event.

A special thank you to our incredible partners and facilitators:
@ayespidey for hosting an impactful Men’s Edition.
@maydayfitness_ for leading powerhouse workouts that challenged and inspired us.
@nchargefit for creating space for restoration, mindfulness, and healing.
✨ And a huge thank you to @fitsquadstudios for opening your doors and helping us build community through wellness.

Because of your support, we’re just getting started!

✨ Registration is NOW OPEN for our next Sweat + Soothe: Women’s Edition
📅 Wednesday, July 29
🕖 7:00 PM

And… we’re excited to officially announce that we’ll also be hosting our first-ever Co-Ed Sweat + Soothe, led by MayDay Fitness, at the end of July! We can’t wait to bring everyone together for an evening focused on movement, fitness, mental wellness, and community.

Stay tuned, more details are coming soon!

Thank you for believing in this vision. Here’s to building healthier minds, stronger bodies, and stronger communities … together. 💚

Just one week ago today, @sbwellnessfoundation brought out women from across Atlanta for Sweat + Soothe, and what a beautiful evening it was. 💚

While the workout was incredible, this experience was about so much more than fitness. It was about sisterhood, community, positive energy, and creating spaces where Black women can prioritize both their mental and physical wellbeing.

Thank you to @nchargefit for leading an exceptional workout and bringing such amazing energy to the room. We also appreciate your continuous support of our organization. Thank you to our Director of Events, @baddieque, for your support, and to @fitsquadstudios for helping us bring this experience to life.

One of the most beautiful parts of the evening was watching women encourage one another, share space, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived. That’s exactly why we do this work.

Some of the women in attendance are members of @sbwellnessfoundation’s women’s collective, SheTribe, a community centered on wellness, healing, connection, and growth. If you’ve been looking for your tribe, checkout our website to learn more about membership opportunities.

We’re already looking forward to the next one. See you all very SOON 👀💪🏾💚
