Upper body day. No shortcuts. Just work. 💪🏾

Today’s session:
🏋🏾‍♂️ Bench Press – 5×5
💪🏾 Pull-Ups – 5×5
🔥 Standing Overhead Press – 4×6
⚡️ Barbell Rows – 4×8
💥 Hammer Curls – 3×12

Every rep has a purpose. Strength isn’t built by doing what’s easy—it’s built by showing up consistently when nobody’s watching.

If you could only keep ONE upper-body exercise for the rest of your life, what would it be?

⬇️ Bench Press, Pull-Ups, Overhead Press, or Barbell Rows? Let me know in the comments.

Not every run is about setting a PR.

Today was 30 minutes of controlled intervals:
2 minutes running, 1 minute jogging.

Mixed the pace throughout:
🏃‍♂️ 8 mph → 5 mph
🏃‍♂️ 8 mph → 3 mph
🏃‍♂️ 7 mph → 6 mph
🏃‍♂️ Mostly 7 mph → 5 mph

Finished it off with a 1000-meter row.

I’m learning that consistency beats going all-out every session. Building an engine one workout at a time. November is the target. 💪

Think all pull-ups and lat pulldowns hit the same?

Grip changes everything.

✔️ Wide Grip
✔️ Neutral Grip
✔️ Underhand Grip
✔️ Close Grip

Each variation shifts the emphasis and helps build a stronger, wider, and more complete back.

Which grip are you choosing first? 👇

Strong chest isn’t built by accident—it’s built with consistency.

Flat Barbell Bench → Build raw pressing power.
Incline Barbell Bench → Build the upper chest that makes your physique stand out.

No shortcuts. No ego. Just progressive overload, good form, and showing up every session.

What’s your current bench PR? 👇
