An event video should do more than just document.

For me, it always starts with why.

Why this video.
What it needs to communicate.
And how it will be used after the event.

To promote future editions.
To make people want to be there again.
To highlight the brands, partners, and teams involved.
And to capture the real vibe - the energy, the connections, the details.

Event videos created with intention, in close collaboration with the teams.

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS

Celebrating the lives of our loved ones passed
Means celebrating life
In all its glory
With all its complexity
With the love, the joy, the sorrow and loss. It’s all one.

It was a tender and raw week for me, that began with the news of a dear friend, colleague and mentor passing away on Sunday
And reminding me of my father, grandparents and friends that have transitioned throughout the years.

Our connections evolve and shift, and so does our communication.
I see your signs, feel your presence and remember all the little moments marked in the eternity of my being.
Thank you for being, in all the ways.

We'll talk about what it takes to have multiple successful creative pursuits (film, music) while avoiding the pitfalls of the chase, "artistic suffering" & cultivating inner wellbeing.

Three months ago I was going to New York for the first time ever, for the screening of our first ever short film directed by @ncshuva.
We didn't know if we were gonna show it but we did it and I'm so proud of us.
What a great adventure ! ✨

I can't thank you all enough for being there that day, thanks for your support and your questions about how we made this film.

This screening event marks the end of a beautiful piece of life, and the beginning of a new chapter.
I don't know what is it about yet but curious about what's next !

Whenever I go to Austin I need to see this man. We go back… wwwaaayyyy back. Worked together, partied together, and etc… what a fucking pleasure to see you Pat. If you’re tagged in this pic it’s cause I want you to know we’re both alive and we talked about you… did we say good things or bad things… well… you weren’t there so tough.
