Some morning for it today 😍!

One week out from @chimarathon with @makeawishuk this was my last long run of the taper - 70mins at Marathon pace (a few seconds quicker than planned but I’ll dial that in on race day)

I’ll be honest, restless legs and wanting to do more has been a struggle during the last 2 weeks of the taper, but trusting the process and listening to @ndavis_coaching making sure I’m rested, fuelled and ready for next weekend is key 💪🏼

Kids at their nans all weekend, out at a wedding yesterday, what else would the wife want to be doing on a kid free Saturday morning when it’s windy and raining outside… you guessed it peak week long run!

Out early and got it done this morning, massive thanks to @joanne_b_85 on the support/media bike, not just this morning but all the time, I wouldn’t be able to keep up this average athlete lifestyle without you running the show in the background 😘❤️

Looking forward to the taper now, @ndavis_coaching has been absolutely bang on with this marathon block, by far the most enjoyable I’ve done and I feel the fittest I’ve ever felt, just need to show up on the day now 💪🏼

3weeks out from @chimarathon last big push with the fundraising for @makeawishuk over the next few weeks❤️
