Haven’t shot a basketball in years… pulled up at Douglas Park in Lexington where my momma’s from and hit 2 threes back-to-back. 🎯🏀 Some things never leave you. REAL LOVE in the background. ❤️ #RealLove #SonnyBleu #trickshot #feelinmyself #lexington

If you want to leave a card for a coach at the gym you can. I also accept gift cards along with hate mail 😂😂😂.

This is what it’s all about! ❤️ Not only are we building strength, but we’re building bonds and memories right here in our local gym. When you support a small business like ours, you’re not just buying a membership—you’re supporting a dream and a community that treats you like family. Getting fit together is just the bonus!

It’s tough going at it alone, right? Whether it’s a big goal or just showing up each day, a little support goes a long way. That’s why at Distilled Fitness, we’ve created a space that’s fun, inviting, and truly inclusive. We just happen to use fitness as our way to connect! Come find your crew and make getting healthier something you look forward to.
