DS WORLD 2026 💫🇬🇧 A fantastic two days courtesy of the all the team @dentsplysirona.uk @gio.in.dentistry @kristian_stuart_dentsplysirona @jonpaulhawkins Train the trainer workshops ✔️ Top tier main stage speakers ✔️ Engaging table top case discussions ✔️ And even an interactive game show (first for me!) A really diverse educational programme that had me stepping away from endo at points! As always, the PEERS Saturday reminded us all of the power of learning through discussion and engagement 💪🏽 Special shout out to @pinkers90 for organising a 10/10 social - the attention to detail was 👌🏽 Looking forward to even more to come in 2027! #keyopinionleader #dentsply_sirona #dentsplysironaworld #endodonticeducation #dentsplysironaendodontics

VIDEO: Fractured instrument removal - Visualise instrument head (GG size 3) - Platform made (flattened GG) - Fine trephine used to create space around instrument head so it can be pulled free *Trephines are only suitable for coronal-mid third fractured instruments, otherwise I find them be too destructive* I used @kometuk Endo Rescue instruments - red flat ended GG, red trephine for 1st mm, yellow trephine for 2nd mm. -ET25 @acteonuk to vibrate the instrument head. This will cause stainless steel instruments to start cutting & loosen themselves naturally *WARNING* Longer instruments have to be pulled out! If you vibrate them for too long then the coronal part will fracture away leaving the apical section. NiTi fracture instruments behave differently too. -Pulled out using the IRS kit (red) once instrument was slightly loose ⭐️ (whoooop!) -RCT completed in a single visit ❤️ with composite placed deep into the orifice to help reinforce this area 🤞🏼 for healing . . . #FracturedInstrument #FracturedInstrumentRemoval #SeparatedInstrument #SeparatedInstrumentRemoval #InstrumentRetrieval EndodonticRetrieval Endodontics Endodontist SpecialistEndodontist RootCanalTreatment RootCanalRetreatment EndodonticRetreatment EndoMicroscope DentalMicroscope MicroscopeDentistry Ultrasonics EndodonticUltrasonics EndoTips EndoCase EndodonticCases ComplexEndodontics MinimallyInvasiveEndodontics SaveTeeth SaveTheTooth ToothPreservation EndodonticExcellence Dentistry UKDentist SpecialistDentist KreenaEndo
