Sonoma Tour!
We’re coming for you! 🫵🏽
We’ll see you in a few weeks, Norcal!

You’ll know where to find me! And if there’s any question, you can reach out with the DM to ask about our upcoming West County Sonoma tour!
I’m not going to name dates or places, just to maintain a little mystery 😉🥸 🦹🏽‍♂️

Very much looking forward to this little weekend chapter, while we seek truth and connection in the forest, learning, hiking and cooking together in the woods.

Looking forward to seeing some very close friends and family and spending time with nature in one of my favorite places on earth- The Northlands!

My wild food brother-from-another @son_ofthewoods does it again with his visionary Film Maker super powers 🧙🏼‍♂️🌀 🍄

Part 2 coming out either tomorrow or Friday, so be on the lookout for it!

A very cool brother of mine @billysprague @lone_wolf_mushroom_knives @bornfree_naturalmystic up in Mendocino will often talk to me about how the mycelial network will fruit mushroom fruiting bodies along paths and near to where people walk through forest and wild areas based on the notion that they can feel our vibrations and are trying to reach out and connect with us 🫂💜🍄
And while there are other theories as to why this can be documented and observed, his suggestion is one of my favorites.

Looking forward to spending time with a good handful of other eclectic, friends and family and fellow collaborators as well! @lamanchanursery @loudon_wild_mushrooms

Here we go! 🏕️ 🍳 🔥 🌳 🌊 ⛰️ 🍄‍🟫

Farr & Wild’s following is growing! 🌀
Evolving its audience demographically and becoming a crowd of appreciative foodies!
As the culinary demonstration portion of each tour begins to take center stage, the workload has increased! But also the pleasure load! 🌋
Having more spaciousness to flex and express creativity while cooking and feeding hungry minds, appetites and souls!
I’ve been working very hard, but also having a lot of fun! This past weekend was immensely pleasurable! Thanks to all involved! You know who you are!
🙏🏽💜🍄🫂 🎤

There’s a doorway on St. Marks
Where they met in the snow.
Sunglasses and race cars,
They let it all go.
Because nothing that changes
Can fill that hole.
Still we keep chasing…
Chasing Ghosts 👻

New song coming soon about the perils of seeking happiness in external objects—money, sex, rock and roll—and the power of letting go and remembering that we hold everything we’ll ever need, right here, right now ♥️.

Mahakali is the Hindu goddess of time, life, death, destruction and change. Not a meek woman, she is seen as the mother of reality, who takes no prisoners…Out-with the old, in with the true, Mahakali is on the move 🖤💀🌼 #kali #mahakali #newmusic #newband #rockandroll

Trying to get high, thirsty for light. Trying to get high, but we’re loosing our minds. What do you find when you feel at home? Maybe it’s time we stop chasing ghosts 👻. 📸 @stephkinesphoto #songlyrics #rockabdsoul #showphotigraphy
