It's officially toasted sandwich season and our Guest Chef special Tuna Melt from @nellskitchn has us fully embracing the autumnal shift 🍂 Think crunchy-creamy tuna mix fully loaded with pickles, capers, red onion and Dijon mayo, a luxurious blend of two types of cheese for the perfect melt and a splash of tabascao between olive-oil-crisped golden toasted focaccia. The sandwich queen certainly knew what she was doing coming up with this one!

Our new Guest Chef sandwich comes from the sandwich queen herself, @nellskitchen! 🥪 👸
Best known for her signature crisp sandwiches - pairing popular crisps with gourmet ingredients - Nell’s take on a Tuna Melt is BIG on flavour and texture, just as you’d expect. And yes, you can choose-your-own crisp pairing!

It starts with a bright, tangy, creamy-crunchy tuna mix, loaded with capers, pickles and red onion, with Dijon mayo and a dash of Tabasco. Then come two types of cheese (because one simply wouldn’t achieve the perfect melt), all layered onto springy focaccia that turns crisp, caramelised and gloriously crunchy when toasted.

And while we’re heating it up? Pick out your crisps of choice from our carefully curated selection. Keep it classic with Sarriegui lightly salted, as you see here, or go rogue with some of the more unusual Bretts and Torres flavours. IT’S OUR 10TH BIRTHDAY 🥳

We know... we don’t look a day over 5 . But it’s true, this year marks a whole DECADE of Twisted (HOW?!). So naturally, we’re declaring it Twisted BDAY WEEK.

It’s been a wild 10 years... we’ve launched a restaurant network, sold tens of thousands of cookbooks, smashed out a podcast, cooked all over the place for some VERY famous faces, hosted some of the biggest names in food, chatted to all of you on the ground at festivals, and somehow turned all of that into a job? (not complaining).

From Big Mac kebab towers to a viral pizzadilla that broke the internet (casual), we’ve brought you too many wild and delicious food combinations to name over the years...and we’re only just getting started.
