POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’ve come a long way since last year’s conference! This year we partnered with @panthercameracar to share more about our Beyond The Gear program and what tools are accessible to Houston filmmakers.

We interviewed some incredibly talented filmmakers and industry professionals, including Director @nellteare, Executive Director of the Houston Film Commission @alfredvcervantes, and more!

More of our favorite moments:
- promoting Write On with @amandavpfeiffer
- Neighboring booths with @suitebreadcolor
- @__phoeberay__ and @lexi.bragg holding the fort (our booth) down

We’re already excited for next year! Thank you @cinemasocietyhtx & @swampfilm for hosting such an amazing event to uplift Houston artists.

We had the pleasure of being apart of this year’s Houston Media Conference presented by @cinemasocietyhtx @swampfilm. An open forum where professionals involved in all aspects of production can meet, greet and engage with representatives from Houston’s film industry. 🎥✨

With our founder @gwade05 moderating a panel on lessons learned from the World Cup, to highlighting our newest projects on the vendor floor, or helping create opportunities for the next generation of film makers with our production partners. 🪕🦫🎬

This and more is what we strive to achieve at BBP. Create amazing stories, intertwine ourselves in the community and give back to the next generation. We love being apart of the growth of the industry!

Stay tuned for all the new things on the horizon! 🌅 🎞️

Big shout out to the team @lexi.bragg @amandavpfeiffer @phoeberay22 who staffed our booth this weekend along with our partners @slidelightproductions @panthercameracar & @suitebreadcolor. @mgfilm.fotos 📸

We love a good team! 🤝

What an incredible 4 day weekend at the 2026 Houston Media Conference. Not only did I get to represent my friend and co- producer’s production company @banjobeaverproductions , but I unexpectedly got to reconnect with friends from a film shoot in Waco earlier this year. What a pleasure to have been able to hang out and have a mini-reunion.

I met so many incredible artists and filmmakers and learned a lot about how the Houston Film market is steadily growing. I attended so many panels and being a vendor allowed me to speak with so many creatives! Seriously, I think I spoke to more people in the last four days than I have in the last year! 😅 We even got to sneak in an unexpected @houstondynamo game (that I was probably way too tired to fully appreciate.)

It’s exciting to be even a small part of Houston’s growing film industry and @cinemasocietyhtx and @swampfilm put on a great event this year. I can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves for next year’s conference.

Special shout out to @mgfilm.fotos and @lexi.bragg for capturing some of these amazing photo memories and I loved hanging out with you this weekend!
@gwade05 ,@Amandavpfeiffer, @nellteare what an amazing few days with you!
I can’t believe I didn’t get pictures with you @angelinesstills and @henderson79 (and honestly Sara, congrats for shocking me to the point that I literally crumbled to the floor 🤣). Until Next Year!

Haven’t used social media for most of this year (and honestly, haven’t missed it), but this I want to shout from the rooftops.

We shot my short film, “Nice Girl”, this weekend - my first time making my written work - and it was better than anything I could’ve dreamt up. And I dreamt up a lot. I had the BEST possible director, costar, and crew imaginable.

@nellteare your artistry and deliberate, inspired direction allowed me to play and explore so completely. Your instincts are spot on. What a luxury it is to be in your hands.
@samdaly where do I begin. You blew me away with your ever-presentness, endless ideas, and effortless charm… You’re so easy to react to; I was just along for the ride.
@cowboycameraman if only the real world could be as beautiful as the ones you create on camera. You’re an exceptional talent with a gypsy soul and it was an honor to be in front of your lens.

What an unbelievably fulfilling weekend - the post show blues are stronger than ever.

Thank you thank you THANK YOU to

Sure. “We have all been shaken. Heartbreak, loss, breakups, retirement. Moments that feel like the ground moved beneath our feet. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone. Take a moment with me. Breathe in for 4, hold 4, out for 4, hold 4. Just once or twice. Then do one small kindness for you. A sip of water, a minute of fresh air. “A hand on your heart and the words, ’ This is hard, and I’m still here.’ That’s enough for today. If you want to walk this path together, I’m here.” Sharing this next chapter one step at a time. Here’s the caption I’d use:

Adventure doesn’t have to mean a plane ticket or a faraway destination. Sometimes it’s simply choosing something new, getting out of your routine, and giving yourself something to look forward to. 💗

Take the day trip. Visit the museum. Try the class. Book the adventure. Start the dream list.

Your next chapter can still be full of firsts. ✨

What’s one adventure you’d love to say YES to next?

Follow @yournextchapterwithana for inspiration for creating a life you’re excited to live.

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight for the benefit reading of Captain Show Biz by Bruce Vilanch at Harmony Gold! It was a fantastic cast of established and new friends of @celebrationthtr. Aside from Bruce, who had served on our board, we had Alec Mapa, my guy, @jason_ritter, and the fabulous @jairodriguez who have all connected with Celebration in the past. 🥰

I didn't get to talk to Marilu Henner, but I did get to reconnect with Sally Struthers who gave me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek!😘 We spoke briefly as I told her about meeting backstage years ago after a performance of Always... Patsy Cline. She's fantastic! 🥰

What a wonderful evening! We really appreciate all the support from our community! Thank you again! 💕
