Hoy fui a Genesis de Plaza Las Américas… y no, no fui a darle servicio a mi carro. 🤭✨

The Grounding Room has its founding team.

Eight instructors, trained around the world, with more than fifty years of teaching between them.

They built the first schedule at The Grounding Room, and you will not find them teaching together anywhere else on the island.

SUE
She was not an athletic person before Pilates. That is why she teaches like someone who remembers starting.

NELLY
She is a CPA in corporate finance full time, counting reps on the side.

LIDITH
She is also a massage therapist, and it shows in how she reads a room.

MEGAN
She plans her trips around movement, wellness and food, and brings back what she learns.

STELLA
She runs every class in her head before she teaches it.

ADRIANA
Public speaking used to frighten her. She found her voice on the mat.

PAULINA
She left a career she was good at for one she actually wanted.

THAIS
She is deeply introverted. Teaching is the thing that keeps pulling her out of it.
