Had the best morning shooting with @nikki_janephotography for our new website shots 📸

Having had two talented young dancers grow up in the industry and previously working as a professional photographer, she really does have such an eye for detail and manages to capture dancers in the most authentic way! 🤩

Here’s some behind the scenes footage that I managed to capture and I cannot wait to see the finished article! The images are already looking insane!

Thank you Nikki for making the kids so relaxed and capturing shots that were so organic 🤍🖤💛

COMMERCIAL RUNNER UP WORLD CHAMPION🥈🏆🌍

WOW!!!! What an incredible experience I had dancing MY OWN CHOREOGRAPHY on an international stage let alone placing🙌🏻🥹

When I had entered a competition back in february without a solo ready, @hipa_studios gave me the challenge of creating something small for the comp, and from cutting the music myself to creating the opening section, Beth then decided my work was impressive enough for the @danceworldcup stage without getting a new solo created and choreographed by a teacher.

Beth I am so grateful for the trust and support you have shown me with this solo, allowing me to compete with HIPA this past year has honestly been the best thing I could’ve ever wished for, thank you always for your constant trust in me🙌🏻

I would love to thank my teacher @millie_duniam who has trained me since day dot. I would never be the dancer I am today without your constant hard work for me🫶🏻

And what a team of lads!!!! Yesterday we made DWC History by being the first ever school to have 5 soloists place in the top 6 in a section, so proud of all of us 💪🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

My boys… Last night you made Dance World Cup History. The lovely stage manager told me that they’d had 1st/2nd/3rd place in one section from the same school, but never that PLUS 5 kids all in the top 6 rankings!!!! 😱😱😱😱😱😱

Literally the proudest day of my HIPA life so far!!! 🖤🤍💛

You HIPA boys are the most inspiring bunch of young men I have ever had the privilege of working with! And I am so proud of each and every one of you!!! 🥹

How the judges called that section was beyond me. You were all outstanding!

Thank you to @theharprproject for getting these kids stage ready and creating such amazing numbers!!

Still processing this 🥹🥉 3rd place in Boys Commercial Solo at my first ever Dance World Cup!!

I genuinely can’t believe I’m typing that. Stepping on that stage for my first World Cup was already a dream come true, but coming away as a medalist is something I never expected. I’m so overwhelmed right now, in the best way possible.

None of this happens without @theharprproject 🙏 thank you for believing in this routine (and in me) and for pushing me to be better every single session. And to my dance teacher Beth, thank you for your endless support, patience and for always pushing me to give everything I’ve got. I owe you both so much.

And to my other Hipa Lads!!!! So so proud of us all. For all of us to place in the top 6 from one dance school is MENTAL. CMON GUYS!!🔥

This one means the world to me. Grateful doesn’t even cover it 🩷
