Family ink in progress!! Got matching ink with my nephews. Now waiting on my son’s final decision, and counting down until the two youngest are old enough to get theirs! Huge thanks and Shoutout to @jakellertattoos at @tbatattoos for taking such good care of us!!

I’ve learned so much this year about love. About what it means to be truly seen, accepted, cherished, valued, supported, and LOVED. Like hardcore L-O-V-E-D. I not only get to experience what it means to be loved by you, but I get the honor of being able to give that love back to you.

I’ve never felt more at home than I do with you. You bring out the very best in those around you, and luckily I’m no exception.

Te amo, baby ❤️‍🔥 happy one year.

Last night, Wild Bloom Society and @artprevailsproject brought our communities together in the garden 🪴 @emilysgardenus

A little cross-pollination across Broward and South Florida.

The goal has never been to build one room, but to strengthen the ecosystem by creating more opportunities for poets to move between spaces, meet one another, and share their work.

More poetry. More collaboration. More community gatherings where our humanity is celebrated.

Our September featured poet, Denzel McCausland @denzelmccausland set the tone for a night of honesty, vulnerability, and connection.

Izzi @izzimakesmusic opened and closed the evening in brass, and we ended with a group poem born from MOONSTRUCK: Monthly Moody Musings.

Thank you to everyone who joined us from near and far, and to those who sent their love.

Next Thursday, I step into their room as the featured poet at the Arts Prevails Project open mic.

🗓️ Thursday 9.24.26
🕥 6:30–9 PM
📍 General Provision @gen_provision

The mic is open 🎙️

just a suggestion to go get a morning coffee, and then go to a museum with the person you love, talk about what pieces you enjoy, and then go eat a huge BBQ lunch. It’s the perfect date. ❤️‍🔥

Our 10th Anniversary Season is a wrap. 🎭

Ten years ago, we set out to be more than a theatre. We wanted to be a space where South Florida could gather, wrestle with hard questions, and see itself reflected on stage. This season, that vision came into sharper focus.

We explored the complexity and diversity of the human experience.
We created space for real connection and dialogue.
We brought audiences and artists together, again and again.
We stepped further into our role as part of this community's civic infrastructure.

None of it happens without you: the artists, volunteers, audiences, and donors. Thank you for ten years of showing up.

Season 11 is coming soon. See you there.

Early morning beach trip for the baby girl. ☀️

She’s been in my life for 8 years as of tomorrow. 🥹 I’m the luckiest “dog mom” in the world.
