WHAT A DAY, QUEENS! 👑✨

The WFS Female Founders Forum 2026 was everything we hoped for and more: powerful conversations, meaningful connections, inspiring women, incredible partners, supportive vendors, big ideas, and so much Momentum in one room.

We are beyond grateful to every speaker, partner, vendor, volunteer, attendee, and community member who showed up, shared their energy, supported one another, and helped make this event such a success! 💖

This Forum was a reminder of what happens when women come together with purpose, courage, and a willingness to connect. The room was full of learning, laughter, collaboration, celebration, and opportunities that we know will continue long after the event.

Thank you for believing in the mission of Women for Success and for helping us create a space where women can grow, be seen, build relationships, and move their ideas forward.

We’re still feeling the energy. We’re still celebrating the moments. And we’re only getting started. 👑🔥

Tag yourself, tag a Queen you met, and share your favorite Forum moment with us! 💕

What an amazing experience with Luly B! My first time attending SPARK, and I got to celebrate SPARK10!

I’m so proud of my friend and the heart she pours into helping others grow. Luly, the way you support, guide, and build people up is a gift. You create space for others to believe in themselves, embrace their potential, and take that next brave step.

You’re more than a woman on a mission—you’re a force! Thank you for bringing people together with so much purpose and love. So grateful to celebrate this milestone with you!

Such a beautiful night with @guitarsoverguns and the incredibly talented community of youth they support with arts and music education paired with year-long mentorship to youth in underserved communities. We celebrated two deeply inspiring honorees @jeffreyg.music & Sarah Feil Lewin and channeled our favorite 90s artists and vibes.

Today I had the pleasure of being a panelist at Luly B’s SPARK event, surrounded by 300 incredible women on FIU’s campus. It was a wonderful day filled with connection, inspiration, and kindness.

But behind the scenes, there were a few little things on my mind. 👁️ The steps leading up to the stage had no railing. Because of my vision loss, I need to look down to see where I’m stepping. And then there was that high stool waiting for me onstage!

Nothing dramatic. Nothing I couldn’t manage. Just a few of those little things that most people probably wouldn’t think twice about, but that I have to consider.

What made today so special was the kindness I experienced.

My friend Cecie escorted me into the venue and checked on me again as I was leaving. Paola was waiting inside to help me find my table. When it was time to get my microphone, I quietly mentioned to the production assistant that I was a little nervous about the stairs. Without hesitation, she offered her hand and helped me up. Luly took my hand and walked with me to the stool, and my fellow panelists were all looking out for me as I climbed onto that stool.

And just like that, all those little worries disappeared.

Could I have done it all on my own without saying anything? Absolutely.

But here’s something I’m learning on this journey with Usher syndrome and vision loss: Asking for help doesn’t make me feel weak. It makes me feel secure.

I’m becoming more comfortable speaking up about what I need, rather than quietly figuring everything out on my own. And in doing so, I’m giving others the opportunity to show kindness in the way that is helpful to me rather than wondering what I need.

Today I felt cared for, supported, and included. Not because anyone made a big deal about my disability, but because they didn’t.

Thank you, ladies, for your kindness. You may not have realized how much those small gestures meant to me, but they did ❤️

What a day at Spark! ✨ Ten years of Spark with Luly B, and I got to be part of the celebration.

Huge thank you to Luly for having me, and to my fellow panelists Romi Wallach, Lauren Marsicano, and Michelle Molina. Sharing the stage with you was an honor.

I shared how a single book recommendation in our newsletter grew into a sold-out book club, where people even showed up without tickets because they wanted to be in the room. That’s still the heart of 305 Hive: real friendships first, with the networking coming naturally after.

Come find your people at our next book club, November 10th at Joanna’s Marketplace. Link in bio 👆 📚🐝

Owner of Firstlight Miami, Elie Miles presented at the Women for Success Female Founders Forum 2026 at the Newman Alumni Center in Coral Gables and FirstLight Miami was proud to be a gold sponsor of the event.

Elie led a breakout session on a topic that hits close to home for so many families: “Who Takes Care of the Caregiver? Making Yourself a Priority Without the Guilt.” A real, honest conversation about the weight family caregivers carry and why taking care of yourself is not a setback; it is a necessity.

Thank you to every woman who joined the session and to the Women for Success community for creating space for conversations that matter. 💛
