Dearest Neveah, 💖✨

I just wanted to take a quiet moment to let you know that I am thinking of you a thousand times a day. 🥰 From the very first moment you came into my life, you have brought so much light, laughter, and pure happiness into my world. ☀️️🌷
Watching you grow into the incredible, strong, and compassionate person you are today has been the absolute greatest joy of my life. 👩‍👧‍👦💕 I see your hard work, your dedication, and the amazing paths you are carving out, and I am so deeply proud of you. I’m proud of your kind heart, your resilience, and the beautiful life you are building for yourself step by step. 🏡💫
No matter where life takes you, how big your dreams get, or how old you are, you will always be my baby girl. 👑🦋 Always remember that no matter what comes your way, my door, my arms, and my heart are always, always open to you. 🚪❤️
Love always and forever,
Mom 💐💌 🫂😍🥰

In this new season of life, I am deeply devoted to nurturing relationships with warmth, tenderness and togetherness. What comes to mind for me are childhood memories of sitting around a campfire telling and listening to stories in the mountains of new mexico.

This longing and devotion was meet this past week in corbet, oregon at the Austin Story Project and the @thehearthcommunity.

I had the honor of holding space for a dynamic group of humans. I offered somatic and spiritual practices and story circle facilitation. I was in the service of supporting their holistic wellbeing while they are in the service of serving and transforming their communities from the inside out!

My heart is full and devoted to togetherness in ways that bring mutual flourishing.

Slide 1: There is a whole story behind how I ended up with two campfire tattoos which is summed up in one sentence: I/YOU/WE can have it all! Thank you to Nora @loverbirdstudio for making this happen and for the song share!

The growth I’ve had this year is unexplainable. I spend so much time journaling trying to reflect and process but there is just so much to be present too. Today my pastor went to lay his hand on my head to pray for me and said “there is nothing I have to say I can tell and see that the lord is working in you”.

He is at work, I can feel it constantly, my mind and heart are always expanding because of the stories I hear from my peers and the way that I encounter the world… especially from the curious questions my brain creates to make sense of this world and the people in it.

I hope to never stop growing (expect when needed to reflect on the change I’ve made within myself and externally within my communities)

✨ Sometimes I look at my daughter and think... you have no idea how much I love doing life with you. 🚗💬 The car rides, the bedtime talks, the random errands, the “mom look!” Every five minutes. ⏱️ Even the most ordinary days feel different because she’s in them. 💕

If I could freeze time, I’d still want to keep moving right alongside you.

• Because the magic isn't just in the milestones—it’s in the quiet passenger-seat conversations and the way the world completely shifts when you walk into the room.

• It's watching the world through your eyes and realizing you've quietly become my absolute favorite part of every single day.

They warn you how fast the years fly by, but they don't tell you how heavy—and how breathtaking—it is to hold both the little girl you used to carry and the incredible woman she is becoming right before your eyes.

Here’s to the everyday magic, the shared laughter, and the greatest privilege of my life: being your mom. I love you with all my heart and soul. 🌻❤️🥰😍😘🫂👭🏿👩🏿‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏿

City lights, quiet nights, and good vibes ✨🌃

Lost in the magic of the skyline and loving every second of this view. There is something so peaceful and inspiring about watching the city glow after dark, with the sparkling water reflecting every single light and building around us. 💫❤️

Taking a moment to pause, breathe it all in, and appreciate the beauty of the journey. Every step brings new sights, wonderful memories, and unforgettable moments that make life feel extra special. 🌉✨

Drop a comment if you love nighttime city adventures, evening strolls, and stunning skylines, too! 👇🏿🌆 Let me know your favorite city to visit at night!
