💜 POWERFUL WOMEN. BIG HEARTS. EVEN BIGGER IMPACT! 💜✨

What an incredible evening at the @oc100women – Goddess Gathering! 💫

There is something truly magical about bringing together strong, passionate, and powerful women who are committed to making a difference in our communities. 🫶

We were honored to attend and support our dear friends @iammelissalocke and @jessica_becerra_ of @treeof_newamerica , while connecting with so many inspiring women doing extraordinary work in the nonprofit space.

The energy, generosity, collaboration, and genuine desire to lift one another up were absolutely inspiring! This is what happens when women come together with purpose. 💜

Special shout out to all the nominees, @treeof_newamerica @kureit & @glovesforgrief and a huge congratulations to the winner @glovesforgrief 🥊

🦃🧡 AND WE HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!

We are beyond grateful and excited to share that @thanksgivingheroesorangecounty has secured a nomination to be one of THREE nonprofits considered for the collective donation at the next OC Women 100 event! 🙌

The opportunity to receive $10,000+ toward feeding local families facing food insecurity would be an incredible blessing as we continue building our mission.

Thank you to the amazing women behind this gathering for creating a space where generosity meets action and women empower women to change lives.

When women unite, communities thrive! 💜

“So I just want you to know that after twenty years of being in the cancer space, I finally found my home with Onco-Ballet. And Onco-Ballet isn’t just about dance, it’s about finding hope. It’s about finding courage, about finding strength, and more than anything, it’s about finding joy all over again.” ✨

Beautiful words shared at our inaugural NYC Community Performance by Onco-Ballet Vice President, 2x cancer survivor, and founder of NeverAlone Candles. 🩰

Onco-Ballet is so much more than movement. It’s community, healing, expression, and finding pieces of yourself again alongside people who understand.

Thank you for reminding us why this work matters so deeply. 🕊️

20 years ago today I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 27 — a single mom to Alexandra, terrified and unsure of what the future held.

The past two decades have been filled with incredible highs and unthinkable lows — like being re-diagnosed one week before my 40th birthday and later facing congestive heart failure from chemo-induced cardiomyopathy.

But here I am, November 3rd, standing strong — celebrating my courage, my resilience, and every step I took forward even when I was scared AF.

If I could talk to that 27-year-old girl, I’d tell her:
You are one mother-f***ing badass warrior.
Your grace and courage will carry you through the darkest hours. Your tears and cries will not be in vain.

One day, you’ll wake up on your 20th cancerversary knowing this: yes, you’re a two-time survivor — but cancer is just a few chapters of your story, not the whole book. You raised Alexandra into the extraordinary woman she is and Mia into the most beautifully authentic teenager — the kind of girl you always wished you could be at 13. You’ve married an amazing man who encourages you to be unapologetically yourself every single day, and you’ve gained incredible new friendships along the way that remind you how loved and supported you truly are.

Here’s to courage, resilience, love, and the light 🕯️ that never goes out.

To those who were by my side day in and day out in 2005 and 2018 (you know who you are)…I love you to my core!

God - you and me always holding hands these past 20 years! Thank you for being my anchor. 🙌🏼

Every time you make an intentional swap at the grocery store — whether in person or online, you are casting a vote for your future self.

- The version of you balanced energy & better stress resilience

- The version of you with easier cycles & fewer PMS symptoms

- The version of you with clearer, more vibrant skin

This is NOT about being perfect. It’s NOT about ditching everything in your home or falling into fear-based thinking.

👉 It’s about building a home and environment that supports your hormones over time, one mindful choice at a time.

It can be easy to feel overwhelmed when you start learning about hormone disruptors and hidden stressors in everyday products but the idea is to take stock of:

1) What do you use most frequently?

2) What do you use on the largest surface area of your skin?

3) What are you running low on?

Start with those swaps first and find brands that you absolutely love! We’ve tagged some of ours on slide 7 so be sure to save it 📌

Today’s post gives you 5 simple swaps you can start with so your next trip to the store (or online order) becomes an empowering breeze!

The more you do this, the more these choices become second nature.
And over time? Your body feels the difference.

What’s one product swap you’re committing to this week? Share it below!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mamas out there — especially the momtrepreneurs in our community!

At The Pop-Up Shoppes, we’re constantly inspired by the women who balance motherhood and entrepreneurship with grit, grace, and boundless creativity. Starting a small business isn’t easy. Raising a family isn’t easy. Doing both? That’s pure magic.

To all the moms who show up every day, pour love into their families and their passions, and build something beautiful for themselves and their communities — we see you, and we’re cheering you on.

Here’s to the multitasking, dream-chasing, late-night-packing, goal-smashing mamas who are the heartbeat of so many small businesses.

We’re so honored to work with you.
