Is your young adult home, stuck, with no idea what to do next? Try this 30-day plan. These are tasks for your young adult to do:

Week 1: Pick 5 careers that sound interesting
Week 2: Research the training for each
Week 3: Talk to at least 2 people who do these jobs
Week 4: Choose ONE next step (options in video)

They don't need a whole plan today.
But they do need a next step.

Save this and send it to someone who needs it.

If your young adult needs even more support getting started, I highly recommend New Grad Launch Pad and his Failure to Launch program. It's made for young people who are having a hard time getting started.

I’m famous! 😂 Just kidding... but I DID just have my first ever interview! Huge thanks to Evan for having me on his channel! We talked about menopause, metabolism, and why consistency beats intensity every time. Link is in my bio, would love for you to check it out! 🩷
