At Gee Gym, our independent personal trainers bring expertise across a wide range of specialties — from lifestyle fitness and strength training to rehabilitation-focused exercise and recovery.

In this video, our trainer Ivan @newlevel_training demonstrates an exercise he incorporates into the training program of a client who is recovering from a stroke.

Post-stroke recovery is a highly individualized journey, where movement, strength, balance, and coordination can play an important role in rebuilding confidence and independence.

Every client has a different story, a different starting point, and a different goal. And sometimes, fitness is about so much more than just getting in shape 🤍

Hey hey hey‼️Turning trauma into triumph. Treading on snakes and serpents. 🐍✨

We brought business owners together to support @notthemtoo while embracing wellness, connection, and meaningful networking. What the enemy meant for evil is being used for the good of others, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Thank you to every person who showed up, supported, encouraged, and believed in this mission. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year has in store.

Whoop Whoop! 🙌🏽💜

Stay empowered, Fam! Impactful living
