POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The hardest part of practice isn’t the pose. It’s the moment before you step onto the mat. 🌕

This full moon is a reminder that fullness comes from showing up, again and again, in your own time. You already did the scariest part.
Carry it with you. 🎃

Teaching Monday @ 6:00 & Tuesday at 5;30pm

There’s something about a hike that reminds you just how much strength you carry within. 🍂⛰️

This week, we’re bringing that same sense of strength and stability to the mat with a core-focused vinyasa practice.

We’ll explore how our core supports balance, posture, transitions, and the ability to move with both strength and ease.

Come challenge yourself, find your center, and discover what you’re capable of.

See you on the mat at @newmoonhotyoga - Saturday at 8:00am + 9:30am!

The mat is a rehearsal for everything off it. You don’t need to be fearless, just willing to bounce back. What’s one small challenge you’ll meet with steadiness today?

Another tricky class this Monday at 6:00pm

It’s also…
* one hour without your phone or outside distractions
* designated time for YOURSELF - a returning home
* a place to let go of that heavy feeling that’s been bugging you all day
* an intention set to hold throughout class or even through the whole day or week (and intentional life starts with a daily intention)
* connection to community and like minds!
* a place to take what you need- leave what you don’t & learn to honor your body
* breath work + breath connection, one of my favorite practices to take off the mat and out into the wild (as someone who deals with anxiety)
* dharma talks that are often times just what you needed to hear that day
* build resilience- learn to stay steady through the fire (physically AND mentally)

There’s so so so much more that a yoga practice can offer but these have been on my mind lately!
What would you add?

It always feels so good to move on my mat. To breathe, tune in, and just flow. @newmoonhotyoga

When something feels heavy this week, remember you’re allowed to set it down and let someone share the weight.

We’ll practice together in our strap-assisted class this Monday at 6:00pm. Meet you on your mat. 🧡💙

When things get tricky, soften your shoulders, take a slow breath, and remember that you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just take the next small step.

Using blocks to challenge our practice this week. Join me on your mat Monday at 6:00pm.
