Most of you know me as the lifter. Meet the PT and the coach. 👇

It started with a failed 305 deadlift in high school. I posted it, and @gonzalescarlos_ slid up: “I bet with chalk and a belt you can get 315x5.” One session later I did, and I was hooked. That chase took me to 8 meets, two USAPL Raw Nationals, a 1,729 lb total, and 1st overall at Winter Primetime.

But I was also always the hurt kid. Broken leg, broken arm twice, torn UCL, broken eye socket, and I never got PT for any of it. Then came a hamstring tear in the middle of PT school, plus my SI joint, hip, shoulders and knee. @theswolefessor and @thepowerliftingprofessor got me back under the bar. That’s why I became a PT.

The PT: I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed in Pennsylvania, treating lifters and active adults at Next Level Physical Therapy. Most rehab ends when the pain does. Mine ends when you’re back on the platform.

The coach: I started Sumo Strength Systems in 2022, 3 years before my DPT, because I saw a gap in coaching and knew I could fill it. Now every program is built by a PT. 75+ lifters later, the results speak for themselves.

I kept seeing the same gap in both worlds. Coaching quality was missing, and in PT, lifters and active adults get shortchanged, told to rest and stop. I’m here to close both.

So I’m not just the lifter anymore. I’m the PT and the coach, and being the lifter is what made me both.

Two ways to work with me:
🩺 In-person PT: book a consult at Next Level PT in Narberth through the link in my bio
🏋️ Online powerlifting coaching: DM me “COACHING”

Thank you to everyone here since the early meets, and to Carlos for that first 315x5. 🌸
