Client appreciation Steph walked into the gym with me back in March to learn to use free weights since then she’s jumped into a Beginners comp in May and ended the year with a run out in Novice/Inters and didn’t look out of place and hit PBs on everything. Who can ask for anything more than that. Big things ahead for her as I pass the reigns to @ashley_pinkney123 who’s going to handle Steph from now so I can concentrate on being a supportive BF and not a harsh coach lol Smiles all day cheered everyone on and always talking people up along the way. The best girl I know and she’s mine 👏👏👏 Sponsored Athlete @cerberus_strength use Code TenerifeViking for 10% of the whole website #cerberustrength #teamcerberus Healed by Physio @physiowdean icbdglobal for all your cbd goodies Ambassador for: @cerberus_strength_eu TenerifeViking Footwear @213kgdotcom @bearfootshoes TenerifeViking Fueled by @beast_pharm TenerifeViking Mouthpiece @getnewage TenerifeViking Clothing @xploape TenerifeViking

Reactive reps are not my favorite it’s true I’m always far too sweaty to get any decent contact in my shoulder but the weight is moving well enough when it does click. Not sure I’ll be attempting this in comp but few more weeks to progress so who knows. 2 late nights travel to Scotland for a concert and back but I got in today to finish with one more big session tomorrow.
