I love sponsoring this 5k every year. @carolinachildrenscharity has been a part of my life for a very long time. The past few years it’s been 80’s theme and it’s always a blast.
🏅In my age, always🤦🏼‍♂️. Mix a full moon with high tide at 9am???! Knee high water for over half but still, a beautiful run. @tomarchiojs wingman🤙🏼🎸

EPIC.
That word sums it up.
From ✈️CHS > San Antonio > Albuquerque > 🚗 > Taos > Santa Fe > Taos > Albuquerque ✈️ Home.
Seeing everything, feeling everything, being present, hiking, meeting everyone, art, music, food, salt baths…and so much more🙏🏼
Gratitude for all of it.

Educating visitors about the locals 🐬

Find these amazing magnets in homes around Kiawah✌️

Special thanks to the @townofkiawah for prioritizing their dolphin locals & helping us to educate the public in unique ways.

Also, shout out to @nf8creative for the creative design work

What can happen in just 2.5 days? 16 posts, 800 lbs of concrete, 56 linear ft of deck laid out and about 3 days left🤦🏻🤦🏻 Never underestimate Father & Son skillz👊🏼💪🏼🔨

Solution. The @charlestonhopelodge and your friend at the @americancancersociety need a special plaque to commemorate a wonderful contribution, you create a sign that represents their mission. Simple in nature but still memorable 🙏🏻
And she’s on the cover of this week’s City Paper! Go @sundi44
