The moment I stop having fun with it, I’m OUT! 😂😂 Never thought I’d be trading in my club shoes for running shoes… somebody check on me! 😭🏃‍♂️
But nah, this really just the beginning! A bunch of like-minded people getting together, talking trash, laughing, running, and basically running our lives away! 😂🏃‍♂️

MAJOR SHOUTOUT to Nelly, the birthday girl! 🎂🥳 This run was all for YOU! 💪🏾🏃‍♂️

And S/O to everybody out here running and stacking them days! 🗓️🏃‍♂️ Keep showing up, keep moving, and keep having fun with it!

If WE can do it, YOU can too! 😂💪🏾🏃‍♂️

@krys_leek and I got some of the @justbu4u ladies together to try a different type of movement at one of my favorite places @level_cola! @anntaylorcor led us through a challenging class and I can't wait to do it again.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME 😍‼️‼️‼️‼️ This past year I decided to be more intentional and TO NOT PLAY ABOUT ME😍🤣‼️

I’ve officially been abstinent for one year 😍‼️
Took a break from applying typical body standards to myself 👏🏾👏🏾
Saw Chris Brown perform TWICE 😍👏🏾‼️
Collected even more SKYMILES ✈️
Got my daughter Nova Luxe 😍🫶🏾‼️
Lived life with all of my friends and family 😍👏🏾
Had more good days than bad days 😍

More importantly I’m walking into 33 with peace, happiness, AND AINT NOBODY SON STRESSING ME OUT 😍🤣
