A little bit of work, a few tweaks and plenty of laughs.

Good coaching is about the details, from making small adjustments to your technique to helping you get the most out of every rep.

And it doesn't have to be serious all the time, the best sessions can involve a bit of hard work and a few laughs along the way.

Episode 1 of trying everyone’s coffee orders until we find one we like…

Not massively successful but we have been informed that we were supposed to stir the cold one before we tried it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve got loads of suggestions from my story but I feel like we might need hundreds to be successful.

What others should we try?!

Also if you’re a mum who is sick of feeling like you can’t wear anything in your wardrobe without hating yourself, hit me up and let me help you. I’m gonna need to open up 20 more coaching slots to be able to afford to buy all this coffee. Link in bio 😉

So, what actually is fitness?

There isn’t one right answer: fitness can be weightlifting, running marathons, HYROX, classes or simply finding a form of exercise you genuinely enjoy and can stick with.

For Niall, that’s lifting in the gym, but the best type of fitness is ultimately the one that fits into your life and keeps you coming back.

Find what works for you, then keep showing up.

Stage shots are in! Men’s tall class. What a pleasure it was to share the stage with these absolute units. Had a few laughs back stage and while getting tanned. I always find you meet some of the best people at bodybuilding shows. There’s many I have met years ago who I’m still in regular contact with today. Still riding the high from the weekend, which is good because we are in absolute DIG mode rn trying to make some conditioning improvements for finals💀 we move regardless!😁

It’s more than just being told what exercise to do — your PT can help you use equipment correctly, refine your technique and make sure your training is working towards your goals.

From the small adjustments to the bigger picture, sessions are built around helping you train with more confidence and purpose.

Your daily movement matters more than you think.

NEAT covers the calories you burn through everyday movement outside of structured exercise, from walking around at work to taking the stairs or simply being more active throughout the day.

Small changes to your daily routine can add up, so if you want to improve your NEAT, start by looking for more opportunities to move.

Want more advice on training, nutrition and fitness? Follow Kin3tic and keep learning.
