We build the world we need with Public Love. Join us at the Southern Theater for the world premiere of "Prem | Love: an Occupation," October 10-11 & 15-17 at 7:30pm.

PREM is our love letter to the Twin Cities’ history of nonviolent resistance, penned in Ananya Dance Theatre’s powerful, urgent, and timely contemporary dance form. From the Uprising following the murder of George Floyd to Operation Metro Surge, Prem unfolds against the backdrop of recent crises in the Twin Cities. Weathering chaos, horror, and exhaustion, we enter the flow of an energetic rhythm that sustains an ever-shifting, ever-responding network of care, spilling over with a deep, collective love. The work explores the internal texture of our experiences in these traumatic times, reaching toward transformation through practices of public love, care, and defiant joy that celebrate people power.

Joyfully announcing my work as a Medicine Woman under the thorough tutelage of @ingraceyoga. What a journey through the water portal!

And ever grateful to my spiritual lineage teachers @makhosi_starmother and @gogoekhaya at @makhosi_org for opening the floodgates!

Water is Love.

We have been taught to think of the womb only in terms of fertility or pregnancy.

But the womb is so much more than reproduction.

It is a place where ancestral and life experience meets body chemistry to determine our vitality. It is connected to the nervous system, the pelvic bowl, our cycles, and the ways we experience safety within our own bodies. It is a marker of how well our blood circulates, how well our liver and kidneys detoxify. It is the 5th Vital sign.

At Oshun's Palace, womb care is not about fixing the womb.

It is about listening to it.

Supporting it.

Building relationship with it.

Whether you are preparing for conception, navigating painful cycles, healing postpartum, moving through perimenopause, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, your womb deserves care that honors its full story.

Because healing begins when we stop asking, "How can I control my body?"

And begin asking, "What has my body been trying to tell me?"

Our womb consultations, womb massage, yoni steams, castor oil wraps, and sound healing treatments are designed to meet you exactly where you are, with care that is as individual as your journey.

Before we knew language, we were held in water.

Before there were hospitals, pharmacies, and a wellness industry, our ancestors turned to the waters for cleansing, prayer, protection, healing, and renewal.
The first spiritual bath is the womb.

The ocean.

The river.

The rain.

The waters within our bodies remember the waters outside our bodies, and when life leaves us feeling heavy, scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected, water has a way of helping us return.

Return to softness.

Return to breath.

Return to presence.

At Oshun's Palace, spiritual baths are crafted as an ecosystem of care, thoughtfully made with ethically sourced herbs, flowers, roots, minerals, prayer, and intention.

Whether you are moving through grief, fertility preparation, postpartum recovery, nervous system exhaustion, a major life transition, or simply feeling called toward release, there is wisdom waiting in the water.

Cleansing is not about becoming perfect.

It is about remembering who you are.

Water has always been medicine.

Long before wellness became an industry, waters were places of prayer, cleansing, restoration, and renewal. Rivers carried stories. Oceans held memory. Baths marked transitions. Water was understood not simply as something we consumed, but as something we entered into relationship with.

The body remembers this.

When life leaves us feeling heavy, depleted, scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected, we often try to push through or add more.

More productivity.

More doing.

More effort.

But sometimes healing begins somewhere softer.

Sometimes it begins with stepping into the water.

At Oshun's Palace, cleansing is understood as a practice of remembrance and recalibration. Spiritual baths are crafted as ecosystems of care using intentionally selected herbs, flowers, roots, minerals, prayer, and ritual practices designed to support release, restoration, and renewal.

Whether you are moving through grief, nervous system exhaustion, fertility preparation, life transitions, emotional heaviness, or simply feeling called toward release, there is support available for that journey.

July's made-to-order spiritual bath offerings were created for exactly these moments.

Because cleansing is not about becoming perfect.

It is about remembering who you are beneath what you've been carrying.

Some days the dishes are too much.

Some days responding to texts feels impossible.

Some days your body asks for a different pace than the world allows.

Our ancestors lived within systems where care was woven into everyday life. People were held by community, family, ritual, and collective support.

Many of us are navigating life without those structures.

Tending Visits were created for the moments when an extra hand is needed.

For the neurospicy.
For the spoony.
For differently abled folks.
For elders.
For anyone moving through a season where support would make breathing feel easier.

Support may look like:

• cooking together
• helping organize your space
• prayer or song
• movement and gentle yoga
• oracle cards and reflection
• companionship and presence

Not because you failed.

Because being held is part of being human.

Our bodies are constantly responding to the world around us.

Stress, grief, caregiving, transition, uncertainty, and daily pressures can all affect the nervous system in ways we do not always recognize immediately.

Sometimes we become so accustomed to functioning in survival mode that exhaustion begins to feel normal.

Support can look different for everyone.

It may look like rest.

It may look like movement.

It may look like ritual.

It may look like community.

It may look like allowing yourself to receive care.

Your body does not need punishment for what it has carried.

Your body deserves tenderness.

Save this for later if you need the reminder.

Water is living presence. Memory keeper. Sacred force for cleansing, prayer, protection, and renewal.

At Oshun’s Palace, we return to this understanding.

We do not treat water as a trend or a metaphor. We work with her as a relational medicine.

Spiritual baths are one of the ways this relationship is practiced.

Each bath is intentionally crafted as an ecosystem of care, designed to support release, recalibration, and restoration. They are made with herbs, flowers, roots, minerals, prayer, and ritual attention, shaped around what the body, spirit, and nervous system are holding.

This is not about escape.

It is about return.

Return to knowing.
Return to presence.
Return to the sacred.

If life has left you feeling heavy, depleted, scattered, or in need of renewal, this month's made-to-order spiritual baths were created to support exactly that process of release.

Spiritual baths can also be incorporated into private healing sessions, womb care treatments, and personalized rituals through Oshun’s Palace for those seeking deeper, guided support.

What would it feel like to remember you are held by the waters?
