POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

First summer in Baja California Sur nearly complete!

The last 2 months have been interesting to say the least, navigating thunderstorms, the heat, our first hurricane, lots of birthdays including a few 40th’s along the way. Working on our new business, enjoying an addition to the family for 3 weeks (Minca, Queso’s girlfriend). Lots of pool time, chilled coffee mornings in bed, beach time and a ton of mud too!

Baja in the summer is not for the faint hearted, 40°+ days with humidity sometimes up in the high 80%’s but we are grateful for friends (especially the ones who let you look after their air coned apartment with pool and hot tub) even more memories and knowing we survived the desert during summer!

Next stop cooler weather, a lot of gardening and work on our round house ready to officially have our business launch in November, who’s joining us for the ride?

Well, this wasn’t a bar and this crew is more about the plants than the booze BUT we sure know how to get down when it comes to celebrating a woman we all love! @intl_vagabond Happy freaking (early) birthday babe! I hope you’re still reveling in the love that we all got to bask in last night! What a blast that was babe. You are so loved and we are so lucky to know you! Shine one beautiful diamond, shine on!

My favorite part about today? Having my baby girl there by my side- showing her the power of self expression, sisterhood, and the liberating freedom that comes from being fully alive in your body- feeling everything.

I truly believe in the medicine that Spirit Sweat is and if I can begin to share this magic with Marli as she steps into adolescence I know it will create a halo of higher perspective around her mind, body and soul. So for her I rise, through her I remember, because of her I continue to show up for myself, and for my sisters.

Thanks for joining me today my girls! Love you all so much!!

@livingdamara @bajanomadshotel Thank you for opening up your hearts and doors to my practice. This space is truly divine.

The Summer Solstice is here.

The brightest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.

The peak of light.

A moment where the Sun shines fully upon the Earth, upon our hearts, upon our minds… and upon our vision.

Today, the Sun moves into Cancer.

A season of returning home to yourself.
Of nurturing what truly matters.
Of remembering what your soul came here to build.

And if there is one thing my elders always taught me, it’s this:

Pay attention to nature.
Pay attention to the seasons.
Pay attention to the sky.

Because nature is always teaching us something.

This year’s Solstice feels especially potent. Father’s day, of course!

&… Jupiter and Venus are still dancing close together in the sky.

The Gemini New Moon is still activating new beginnings.

Mercury is preparing to retrograde in Cancer, inviting us to rewrite the stories that no longer belong in our next chapter.

And Chiron just entered Taurus, opening a collective conversation around wealth, worthiness, abundance, and legacy for years to come.

So I find myself asking:

What vision are you devoted to?

Not the vision that feels reasonable.
Not the vision that feels safe.

🩵The one that keeps whispering to you when nobody else is around.

Because big successful stories are built from big visions.

And every extraordinary life begins with someone being willing to see further than their current reality.

🍇

🪽Tomorrow, June 22–24, I am hosting THE VISION TO MILLIONS.

🍇Three days to reconnect with your highest vision.
🍇Three days to expand what feels possible.
🍇Three days to leverage this powerful Solstice portal and anchor the next chapter of your mission.

Because in my world, we don’t build businesses for the sake of building businesses.

We build movements.
We build legacies.
We build lives that once lived only inside our imagination.

And then one day…

we wake up and realize we’re living them.🩵

$21 for the next few hours before the investment rises.

The link is in my bio.

Happy Solstice— Happy father’s day.

— Joy to cancer season.🩷

I’ll never grow up, or stop having fun or being ridiculous. So if you’re in my life, ready yourself to be tagged into some shenanigans sometimes 😉

LISTEN TO THE WORDS ♥️ I’m a strong believer in creating space to step away from the noise - to prioritize your health, find clarity, and reconnect with the best version of yourself.

Because when you care for your body, you create room for everything inside you to align, expand, and come alive from the inside out.

Sometimes clarity isn’t found by pushing harder … but by creating enough stillness to hear your own heart again.

Thank you @movarafitnessresort for an amazing honey+ice week

Senior boy session in the red rocks and we had lots of fun. Luke was great and kept me and his mom laughing.
